To be accurate everything should be done in a satin black minus the pistol grip and the fins on the barrel. You could do a hammered finish and then the satin. The pistol grip should be gloss black and the fins should be a matte/flat black. On the Sterling L2A3 the grip was plastic and this fins are a rubber. The inner barrel ejection port cylinder can be a brushed aluminium and the spring should be a steel color. Hope that makes sense and helps. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk

  5. Looking awesome Lorelei. Nice call on making the holster. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  6. So far as undersuit anything that is black and form fitting is good. Nothing too specific needed other than no visible logos or markings. Boots any Chelsea boot that fits you will suffice. Some painting and treatment may be required. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  7. Oh indeed, I just wanted to make a point on the shins and the stress they get put through. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  8. Oh and as far as inner strips they help with stability and reinforcement. Though I would would highly suggest inner strips on the shins. They get a lot of stress from putting on and taking them off. Adding them will help prevent cracking. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  9. Just a few simple answers from me, though cricket hits them all as well. Return edge is not required anywhere on your kit. Though there are the two places it is a must to remove them, wrist side of the forearm and the bottom of the shins. However no return edge is required to stay. Most people trim theirs to roughly 3-5mm. Plus most screen used costumes had little to none on them. Snaps plates can be any thing and a personal choice. Though nylon webbing I think is become the more popular choice for them. Suspenders vs. garter. Again a personal choice I think most people use the garter system though. 10. Yeah what Daniel said. Also if you want to be more personal with your build look up your local Garrison and see if one of the approved members would be willing to assist you with your build. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk

  16. I've come across at least one other and for the life of me I don't recall who it was that has a close match to the anovos. It might have been the WTF kit or the RS kit, but I'm not positive. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  17. Looking good and Dan caught what I was going to mention about the under trimmed ammo pack. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
