  1. Way better! Awesome- the JB weld or putty you used method really seems to be the way to go, with the painting afterwards. Straight ABS paste will work, but so much more work to me to get the correct end result.
  2. It seems with all of the different makers of armor, you dont often see the perfect alignment of the kidney notch, ab plate and butt plate. No need to cut the butt piece.
  3. Really awesome and detailed build- nice work!
  4. Nice- very interested in the resin idea to firm up the foam!
  5. Wow great catch Tino- I had to blow the picture up to see. You saved a lot of folks 50 bucks!
  6. Everything is looking really good! Swap out those TD screws!
  7. Looking good! Yea those corners on the belt are a little sharp; also your blaster will need the lt bottom t-track shaved off and holes then drilled (I had to do the same on my EIB app!). You could pretty easily drimmel out the scope rail filler if you wanted also while the tools are out!
  8. Great build! I have to say I have not seen the goop in the kidney rivet's before!
  9. Look at all the new toys for us! Just awesome, thanks for posting!
  10. No way to simply not abutt the forearm pieces, but leave a small gap that can be covered by the regular size coverstrips? This should give you almost an inch extra of room and will not affect the look.
  11. I would love to see it! Gaz has his traps cut out into vents I believe, it would be awesome to see someone go all the way with it!
  12. Awesome job! Only thing I see is on the right side, is the ab overlapping the kidney piece? These should be cut so they meet.
  13. A definite , Nice job! I went and re-did my stock as well off of the original used bottle.
  14. More for you to compare- here are mine (AP).
  15. Good deal! A little at a time, start slow and all of your progress will begin to snowball. You will be sending in your EIB pics before you know it!
  16. Nice job, great pics guys! We need more of Lexie!
  17. NICE!! Great job. I agree on moving the chest down- on the front arms down with helmet pic it looks like you can see the top of the ab plate showing. Your chest would probably slide under this while trooping.
  18. Looks good! Just make sure they are evenly spaced, the top and middle space looks bigger than the middle to bottom, but probably just the pic.
