  1. Looking good, you'll be strapping up in no time!
  2. Really coming along, looking great! What size did you use on the rear coverstrips of the shins? Anyway to go smaller and get them to still cover up?
  3. Thanks so much Steve- If it were that easy we could just open the brown box and pick up our Centurion badge, right?! Like a dunce I left out the wrist openings, sorry about that. Below are the wrists, and a special surprise- I know you hated the stunt guards I had gotten, so Trooperbay came to the rescue! And the promised belt adjustment. Appreciate your time!
  4. Check out the build goof's thread; you are by far not alone! Some good one's in there. Easy fix as you said.
  5. I think Bone may be right. Did you flip the cm to inch measurement?
  6. Thanks everyone- appreciate it very much! Just moved both snaps on the ab plate up a couple cm to get the belt up. Thanks Mutter!
  7. Wow looks fantastic! Great photos, love the dark backdrop!
  8. Good luck, great job! Is the the left shin opening to the outside? I can't tell for sure in the pic.
  9. Scott Harrelson TK-24241 Tusken RTT Star Garrison, South Texas Squad Armor/Helmet maker- AP Blaster Type DVH E-11 Height- 5'10 Weight- 185 Boots- TK Canvas belt- From TKittell from FISD Hand Plates- From Sonnenschein from FISD Electronics-Aker amp/iComm Neckseal- Trooperbay Holster- AP EIB app link- http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/29376-tk-24241-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-statusap427/?hl=%2Btusken+%2Beib I have upgraded my helmet with a combo of Dave M decals and hand painting, trimmed down my cover strips on the back of my thighs and adjusted my back and abdomen strapping. I upgraded my blaster to a DVH E11. Thanks for your consideration!
  10. Have not seen the tape on builds, only in the screen shots; interesting! You nailed it, armor looks great!
  11. That had to be nerve wrecking to hit that seam with that iron- great results though!! Great post and pics of the process.
  12. I use Imgur; download the pics there, then cut/paste the BB code here.
  13. Yep; I did not do it until after, and had to reshape both sides after the gluing. Not fun!
  14. Smart move on the bend; see if you need to also bend the inner shim as well before you attach them. It's going to look great!
  15. I gotcha, thanks. I missed that one. I am on it!
  16. Looks like from our photo references, the cover strip would stop at the shorter side (see bicep on the left). I was not sure, but others will chime in to confirm.
  17. Looks fantastic- great job! Wont affect the application, but can you walk OK? Your thigh pieces look really high, kind of up and into your body armor a bit. It might be more comfortable to trim the tops of the thighs, or lower them and trim the bottom of the shins, but that depends where the parts fall around your knees afterwords. Just a suggestion, good luck! Beautiful build!
  18. OK got my coat of black on and dabbed on some silver on some areas, but still need to get some brass color for the scope weathering and do the silver dry brush for the blaster weathering, plus a little clean up and detail work. I started with the old fashion weathering, just kind of scratching some areas, but I think I want to go for the brushed look for this one. I have not glued in the len's yet, still waiting on a larger one for the big lens and going to try some o rings to mount them in. The link to the len's I used is here- http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/30373-cheap-perfect-lens-for-e11-scopes/ Anything glaring (besides it being dirty) right now that stands out?
  19. Last two scenes were awesome!
  20. Looking great!!!
  21. In the for sale run threads, the one for the hand guards, she list's a glue that works great. Sorry I cant remember what it's called, and it's a long thread.
  22. Good deal! Also check out Haribon's thread; he nailed it with a little different technique! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26001-haribon72s-anh-stormtrooper-ne-hero-build/page-8
  23. Could you lengthen the straps between the kidney and the butt piece, rather than the back? That way it would be hidden by the belt, but you would be way more comfortable.
