I used CA for the entire build, you just need to be careful, precise and methodical when using it. Zipp kicker came in handy for tricky bits when I needed an instant bond, like on my AP Sniper plate (renowned for being awkward to fit). To me the fast bond time vs 24hrs of E6000 was a winner but a combination of the two certainly has merit on parts that might need possible resizing if you were to gain or lose weight in the future. Hi Jarrad and welcome to the FISD. Have you had a look at the Film Canon CRL's , this is where you will find the differences between the armour from movie to movie. These CRL's are one of your main points of reference. Secondly, check out the Photo references tab. These are shots of the real costumes used in the movies, including screen grabs from Blu Ray.. CFO is the only RoTJ armour maker, most others can be modified and assembled to suit any of the other versions Hero, Stunt from ANH or ESB. This hobby requires the research and this sight is loaded with all the info. Do you know where your armour kit is coming from (maker)?

You are similar to me ,only a little heavier, what is your waist measurement ? I am between 32 to 34, and didn't need to shim my AP, although it is a tight fit but still as comfortable as TK armour can be. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

AWESOME interior man, I like it a lot . As well as the mic tip change, you need some s trim for the bottom of the helmet to replace the U trim that AP supply, it takes you another step towards screen accuracy. Great job [emoji106] Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
