I use an Aker 1506, plenty loud enough, am also trialling an icomm for the static burst sound. As for fans, Echo here for n the boards makes a great set up, otherwise you can make your own easily. Fans from evil bay, battery holders with built in on/off switches from RadioShack, along with some rechargeable batteries and your done. If you get two wire fans (red +,black -) you can't go wrong. Yes, a few of my parts were not straight, back of thighs for example, as I wanted more of a tapper, made intentionally on an angle. You still have the ability to do very minor trimming if need be but I think you will be fine. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I cut all of mine both front and back to follow the ridge line, it looks much cleaner and was no issue at all for Centurion, so trim with confidence. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
