First of all, thank you Mark for your Centurion application and making the mods that Gazmosis suggested in your EIB application. Let's go straight into it. CRL and Centurion Application Requirement: There's a few photos missing from your application we'd like to see, a close up of the Hovi mic tips, a clear shot of the D ring on your blaster, and the opposite side of your Thermal Det however, we can clearly see the Hovis and D ring are in place and appear to be correct. Though lacking these two image won't effect the application please post them when you have time. Before moving forward we will need to see a close up of the other side of your Thermal Det to verify components like the control panel and screw detail, as well as verify position of the clips in relation to the end caps as seen in the reference pic below. Get this picture in and all being correct, the centurion badge will be yours. Thank you Mark for adding those extra pic's, with that, I would like to congratulate you, welcome to Centurion rank. Continue to do your garrison proud. The only thing I could mention on the Thermal det is that the button plate should be positioned to sit closer, to almost touching the belt clips as in the below image, an easy mod purerly from a cosmetic accuracy point. As for your armor, Wow, you have done a great job. Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we'll cover observations made by both myself, ukswrath and fellow troopers. Things that can help you look your best. Gaz had you update a few areas in your EIB app and you have masterfully attended to all of them. The only things we could find, and this is just us being picky would be tidying up the black boarder around the Traps on your helmet. they are a little thick, as mentioned by Chilis. This can be accomplished by carefully applying more of the grey paint around the inside edge. You are one up on me personally, as I took the easy way out and used the Dave M decals, so congrats for taking on the hand painted route. As for the ab button color concern mentioned we found them to be correct. And finally we recommend you rein in the back to kidney gap a bit when convenient. We think the gap is a bit excessive and updating it will give your armor a cleaner look. Excellent Job! I see you mentioned in your comment, that you had your submission pictures taken after two hours of being shot at! well you survived, congratulations always a good day when a trooper doesn't go down.

Hi Terry thank you for your EIB application and your patience You do indeed have a lot of photos here, obviously much to go through so lets get into it. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All photos required are present and extras that you would like feedback on, but we are going to ask you to provide a couple more shots of the following items. Clearer image of your boots. As the EIB CRL states: There is no seam present on the front of the boot. It may be the lighting or creasing that appear on yours, but it does look like a seam line running up the front. Thigh ammo pack Rivets: These need to be painted White, It looks like they may have been but the paint is scraped off. It could also be the lighting We would like a better photo showing them painted. Can you please supply these before we move forward with your EIB badge. You have done a great job with your armor, but unfortunately your Blaster does not appear as described in the CRLphotos.. The Blaster is required to have the correct number of T- tracks (6 total), with the lower row of open vent holes on the magazine housing side. This is accomplished by covering the per-existing rows of holes with T tracks, then grinding off the lower integrated T-track on the magazine housing side and drilling a new row of holes in its place. If this is an easy enough quick fix for you, great, I have no doubt in your skills . Once you can get the above requests done, I will complete the remainder of your application. Hi Stein Firstly, both uKswrath and myself apologise for the delay. Thank you for your patience and for your Expert Infantry application. What a clean set of armor you have, and to go with it, you are making history today. We believe this is the first set of WTF armor to apply for EIB status, and you are the first applicant to be reviewed by the new joint DO team. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos are present for EIB. Upon review, your armor displays all the necessary details to qualify for EIB. That said, we would like to congratulate and welcome you to EIB!! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: This is where we review observations made by your fellow Troopers and ourselves, here we will make recommendations on overall look and things that may need to be changed before a Centurion application can be lodged. 1. There has been some debate over your four button Ab plate. It seems that a return edge has been left around it, where it will need to be trimmed off. We have circled the area on your Ab plate and added a photo from the reference Library to show how it should look. These details are covered in the Centurion CRL for your preparation in submitting that application. 2. There are a couple of sharp looking corners and some rough edges that I am concerned may cause damage to you and your under suit. Perhaps a light sand to take these off would make it more comfortable, and offer an overall better appearance. (Return edge on chest visible in above image, sides of Ab and kidney at corners, and back of Shin with uneven ridge line) This will not have a bearing on your future Centurion application. So that's it, only minor mods, If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Tony or myself to discuss the above with you.
