I too had a Cushman that was pimped out. For close-in work you're right - the details are soft and it's not that great. However it's perfect for parades as it weighs nothing and at that distance no one can tell anyway. It became my #1 piece of hardware that people wanted to borrow. So - the answer is it depends

I'm late to the party but agree with TM on both counts. The no gap rule is a good goal and remember at the time all most had was FX kits with huge gaps, so having "no gap" was easier than saying "a small gap is OK". I also agree fully with the biceps - good call on that.

If it's a casual event - mmmm maybe. If you like it and everyone else is good, then there you go. I'd agree though for the T-21 you might as well HWT it up and put on a pauldron and some pouches, even if you skip the pack once in awhile (those packs get heavy and even as a sandy we used to take breaks from it). Personally, as a clean TK I prefer the E-11 or DLT-19 (MG-34), but that's how I roll...

I'll have it fixed by this weekend. On a detachment this size, manually checking the hundreds of changes took 40+ hours for Terrell to do manually, as each person has to be checked to see if they've logged in during the past year, and also that not every 501st person uses the same email address here as on the Legion boards, so it's an inexact science. I created Windows program that will do this automatically and will run it later this week. Thus all changes will be bulk processed.

ATA & AP shoud fit fine. I'm 6'0" and 175lbs and can sport TE derived armor. As noted, there are several build threads that are stickied to assist

Swingman IIRC was a guy who used to be in business with Mark Cheng (which at the time were "the" best TK boots you could get) until they had a falling out. They run large as noted, and to be honest TKBoots is the best to get unless you want to try the prop replication route and get black boots & dye them white.

It has to do with history. At one point they figured it was like a clean TD and so they called it a TD. Also, the costume was supposed to be under MEPD but they didn't want it, so we have it now. While it would be nice to have it be a TK for consistancy, there is no perfect alignment between costume categories and detachments, e.g. SL - covered by two detachments IOC - covers several costumes (ID, IC, IN) The Legion web team has too many irons in their fire to correct it, though I agree with you it should just be a TK.
