  1. Depending on version and date of production there is different wording. That is a TLJ version helmet which until recently you could purchase from Big Bad Toy Store for $225 and $4 shipping, but they ran out and have now increased the price to $349 and are now pre order https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/65435. Both Galaxy Edge helmets and those available elsewhere do have the inner lining, earlier TFA helmets did not. Many people fed up with waiting have been selling off their helmets and you may see those around too. There is also a premier line which is fiberglass but very expensive
  2. I have seen some working on 3D printed files but none that I know of have been 501st approved, just because someone says can be doesn't mean it will be so be careful. Armor can take a lot of stress when bending and moving I think you will find 3D print will break under this stress.
  3. Nice work, brow trim is a little on the low side, more seen on Hero versions. Drop boxes aren't aligned with ends of the plastic belt section, some E6000 added to the straps can keep them in place You will need some extra photos as mentioned. Shin/sniper plate front and both sides Thigh ammo strip attachment outsides and insides Other side of the Detonator Good luck with your application
  4. Congratulations trooper, now to reduce those areas of bitting
  5. Nice work, you also need to apply for stormtrooper access here before your application can proceed Just a couple of tweaks you could make: You could reduce the size of your smaller ab plate TD clips should not be curved on the ends Trap is on a bit of an angle Could also add a little white to the rim of the hovi tips DO's also like to see the inside connection of the knee ammo strip. And the shin/sniper plate images should be directly from the sides and front, the ones you have are a little angled. Once again great work and good luck with your application.
  6. If you add foam behind the front of the shin/sniper plate it pushes away from the leg and the thigh. Or you can add foam inside the back of the thigh, that will help push the thigh backwards away from the sniper plate.
  7. Online image host free such as Imgur, create an account, upload the images and then copy and paste them directly into your post NOTE not that I think you'll need pre approval with Daniel's @CableGuyhelping hand Good luck
  8. Nice work, should be ok for basic, although you could make just a couple of tweaks: Your large and plate appears angled. Drop boxes should align with the end of the plastic belt section, a few dabs if E6000 glue on the straps behind can keep them in place. Back plate could come up a little, it is lower than the front on the side photo. Also see if you can get the shoulder straps to sit down on the back plate. Brow trim could come up a bit, Stunt versions had higher brow, Hero had the low brow look. Shoulder bells as if they could come in a little more at the top. Detonator panel detail appears on an angle. Good luck with approval
  9. They are a little higher on screen used helmets
  10. I added snap plates pretty much like the image I supplied previously, then used adjuster brackets on the elastic so I could adjust to get the right look
  11. Very nice work, shouldn't be any issues for basic, then a few tweaks for EIB. Good luck on approval
  12. Yes there are quite a few in ESB, check out the guy in the middle with his drop boxes It appeared they did away with the bicep hooks so many dropped lower than seen in ANH, quite a few rotated too. There is also the guy on the lower left with his shoulder dropping away from his shoulder strap. I started a thread on Stormtrooper Oddities to see what else people noticed Check out the guy on the lower right at 21 seconds
  13. As others have said, a few issues with the kits, you get what you pay for in the end. Getting Started section is full of information on vetted sellers. Good luck
  14. Perhaps use an online free image host such as Imgur, once upload you can copy and past the images directly into your post https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/42381-howto-post-images-in-threads-using-imgur-easy/
  15. Nice work, I got caught once and since then upgraded most areas that take strain to double snaps, great to have a spare if one lets go
  16. Great work trooper, congratulations and welcome to the ranks
  17. I would refer to this build for comparison
  18. Hello Jerry and welcome, for clone trooper info head here https://501stclonetroopers.com/forum/index.php?/login/ Best of luck with the research, hope to see your son in the ranks soon.
  19. Nice work, just with the ab plates they shouldn't have rounded corners and appears you still have some extra material left on the smaller plate
  20. Moved to the TLJ build area for you. Bummer about the ab box, although looks like it could be saved if needed, hopefully you won't have to wait too long for the replacement. Many suppliers of the pauldrons just haven't got the size or shape quite right, I'd suggest giving some feedback and perhaps some references, never know they may update their moulds. Once again good luck moving forward, exciting times.
  21. With the ears screws if you use a large drill bit size of the screw head and by hand rotate in the whole you will make a tapered recess for the screw head to sit in
  22. Great news, hopefully not too long of a wait for the missing parts, looking forward to seeing the progress of the builds, good luck all
  23. I normally use automotive acrylic paint, dries fast and goes on in thin coats, easy to polish also. I have use enamel (hobby) paint before it just takes a while to dry. Can help if you have any scrap abs or plastic sheet you can practice on to match. Hope it works out, good luck
  24. Nice work, appears your cover strips on the rear of the thigh are on an angle, these may need to be straightened. You could also angle the shoulder straps inwards a little more so they are central to the backplate. TD is sitting very high on the belt, and the whole belt section could come down a little. Thighs and shins are sitting at different heights. In some of your images the drop boxes don't align with the ends of the plastic belt section, you may want to add a few dabs of E6000 glue to the straps to keep them in place Shouldn't really have curves on the corners ab/kidney Screws on TD could be closer to the ends of the clips
  25. Very nice, beats wrapping a towel around with safety pins, which is what I normally do
