  1. Have a look through some of the build sections will give you a good idea of makers and what is needed for the build, you may also want to have a look at this thread, although mainly for ANH most tools needed would be similar https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31404-supply-list-for-your-ot-tk-build/
  2. For not that much money? depends what you want to do with it, you can find them all over the internet. For 501st approval have a look in the Getting Started Section - Vetted Sellers
  3. Have you tried over at MEPD home of Sandtroopers http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?act=idx
  4. Normally you use a larger cover strip on the rear, 25mm, gives a little more area for veclro to attach. Correct. But I would not use a veclo that already has adhesive on, I find it will come loose over time, use non adhesive Velcro (or remove the adhesive) then glue with E6000, also rough the areas before adding the glue, will help adhere to it. --------
  5. FYI if you are looking for Biker Scout info head to Pathfinders forum: http://forum.501stpathfinders.com/index.php
  6. I find double snapping especially on high strain areas can be handy, if you loose a snap you still have a backup and can still troop
  7. Nice work trooper, you may want bring that elastic down to the lower edge on your shoulder bells
  8. Hello and welcome aboard, good luck with the research, looking forward to seeing your build very soon
  9. Once you are approved I guess you could change the side of the holster but for approval and cannon troops it should be on the correct side
  10. Although not cannon here is an ear rank guide, remember it was just for fun It's not until the sequel trilogy that we start seeing ranked Stormtroopers by their pauldrons.
  11. Hello and welcome to the forums
  12. Hello and welcome aboard, looking forward to seeing you in armor soon
  13. Sounds like you have done your research well, looking forward to those BBB photos and progress, good luck
  14. When in doubt you can also check out the gallery section https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/category/27-tfa-tk-reference/
  15. Hello and welcome aboard, there are a few facebook groups with people working on these, at this stage BHG (Bounty Hunter Guild) will be looking after this character, you can find their detachment forum here http://thebhg.net/forum/index.php?/login/. You can also find the draft for Mandalorian CRL here with some great reference images http://thebhg.net/forum/index.php?/topic/5658-the-mandalorian-season-1-draft-crl-text/ Good luck with the build
  16. Actually it's not their fault when in many areas they don't have access as it's not aired until March, you can take that one up with Disney
  17. Research is the key, looking forward to seeing your build, good luck
  18. Hello and welcome aboard
  19. A solid start to your build, good luck
  20. Hello and welcome aboard, as Arthur suggested check out some of the build threads, as well as checking the CRL https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_incinerator good luck with the build. FYI the Incinerator trooper in Mandalorian is a different version to the current CRL's
  21. Hello and welcome to the forums, good luck with the research
  22. Locally (down under) I found an automotive shop standard white acrylic matched the Anovos helmet spot on and they always have sales I like using acrylic automotive paint as it dries very quick between coats unlike a lot of cheaper enamels, some taking up to 24 hours so keep that in mind when thinking of price
  23. I've not seen anyone able to find a way to do so as yet, there are too many areas that need filling to not require paint.
  24. If you look at some of the build threads you'll notice KB mentioned quite a few times. Yes there are many 501st approved. Do a search on Facebook as that's where he conducts business
