A lot of armor suppliers do sell spares so it may be an option, just watch purchasing from different suppliers as color can be different. I trooped 6 years with a shoulder strap issue then got a crack in one, I added a strengthening strip of ABS plate behind which has given more strength, could be an option.

Rubber shoulder straps are use on the R1 (rogue one) TK's. I doubt approvable for ANH stunt or hero

I have heard a few say they had to 1/2 size up. Leather can soften with more usage, you could also stuff with scrunched up wet newspaper, it's an old trick that sometimes works to give a little extra room

I checked what letters matched numbers on phone TK = 85 and added the 421, TK85421

Had all sorts of issues with Rustoleum in the past myself on a clone build and I do prefer acrylic automotive paint, dries quickly, can also be sanded and polished, basic white matched the Anovos helmet so was lucky for me, can purchase in rattle cans too.
