Roughing the surfaces prior to glue will help the glue adhere, E6000 can also take some time to dry, at least 24 hours if not more, some pieces I've had to leave for several days depending on thickness and weather. A combination of clamps, magnets and even painters tape can be helpful. Even a metal rule or two, enough strength to hold pieces down but will allow it to curve to the armor pieces.

When ever I wear my ESB I get asked on occasion why are my teeth black and different to other stormtroopers, apart from that no real problems. It happens to the best of us, normally response time is quite good so if you don't hear anything in the next couple of days just reach out again, they are usualy pretty flat out for the first few days of ordering each month

Great work, one thing you could work on while you are waiting to take it to the next level is the ab plates, the bottom (large plate) button paint is a little large, also the plates shouldn't have rounded corners, smaller plate could be trimmed a little more also.
