Unfortunately the only ones I've seen really dirty are from a deleted scene in TLJ, which aren't used as reference as it is a deleted scene, not in the movie Most troopers on Jakku where pretty clean

Seams are allowed for L2 so you should be fine Any shims used to achieve this effect are of a similar material and color as the abdomen and kidney armor. Shims fit flush and seams are allowed.

I get mine from automotive shop locally not sure what you have in the US I searched Rustoleum and they have it in Australia, although I've not seen it personally https://www.rustoleum.com.au/product-catalog/consumer-brands/motospray/Body-fillers-putties-and-fibreglass/spray-putty I find using the liquid and using a course spray gun (home handy man type) you get nice thick layers, the spray can not so much. Doing a search for US and primer/filler comes up, we have that here also but again it's not as thick as the spray putty. UK also appears to have spray putty but no luck searching US so far.

Nice work, spray putting would have saved you a lot of time Just applied 3 coats to some 3D printed parts and you'd be amazed how much it fills the print lines.

The only thing I've had luck with in trying to separate the glue is soak in a warm salt water bath OR leave in a freezer. Generally glued the handplates on I cut some thick cardboard to fill the inside of the glover, if you cut it slightly larger it will stretch out the glove nicely

Nice looking helmet. Just PM @Sly11 in regards to starting a CRL You will need clear full front, back and both side images for reference so if you can get that together that will be a great start.

I think you will have to move the curve further up as it's closer to the top

Congratulations and welcome to the EI ranks trooper

Nice work, a few things you may want to address before the DO's comment, once you get your images sorted you will also need a few other photos. Close ups of the following. Front and both sides of your sniper plate. Inside rivets thigh ammo strip (outside rivets also need painting white) Ab/kidney side rivets (which will also need painting white) Blaster D ring Some adjustments. You have a big gap from hand plates to forearms, you may want to bring your forearms down a little. Belt needs to come up closer to bottom plate button, also needs to contour the ab as it is sticking out on the sides. You have some quite large snaps / rivets on your holster straps, may need changing, check some other EI applications. Belt is very cream in colour, may need addressing but see what DO's say. Hand plates are also cream compared to armor color. Thighs appear to be jamming under your cod and butt plate, may need to bring them down a little or trim. Detonator could come down further on the belt as it's sitting on top of the belt. Normally the TD panel does not have rounded corners. Thighs are very large around the knees and not central with shins, may need some foam to centralise or even trim. These are just suggestions to save time with your application.
