Some armor have a slight angle on the top of the ab, but they should both meet level at the top No fixed length of the shoulder elastic. It really depends how the chest/backplate sit on your body. You will find with all the armor strapped together it will conform to your body and it should be easy to work out the length of the shoulder strapping. Most use doubled over elastic for the straps, single elastic isn't quite strong enough. When you mount your plastic shoulder straps to the chest ideally it should lay the large tab and 4 to 5 smaller tabs.

Nice work, just a couple of things you could address Drop boxes don't appear aligned with the end of the plastic belt section You could remove the curve from the top inner corner of the sniper plate You may want to try adding some foam behind your sniper plate so it pushes it out away from the thing Images are a little small so its hard to pick out specific details but looks like you should be ok for basic approval, good luck

Normally we try to keep the front sizing close to standard as that is what the public sees, if you need to size up use larger cover strips on the rear. Most build threads will show how to add cover strips, here is mine, although a different version than ANH Tony has a great build you can have a look through, explains everything step by step A recent ANH build

You want to make sure they are not too tight, ample room at the elbow as well as at the wrist to make sure you can fit your hand through. A lot of other armors have raised sections which the coverstrips glue to so it's a little easier than AM.

FX can be built butt join coverstrip construction. You cut the pieces so they join in the middle, you then glue a coverstip on the top. This is for ANH and ESB, for ROTJ you use the overlap method. Butt plate looks ok to me. There is no set rule for ends of cover strips, most try to follow the angle of the armor pieces Personally I would trim like this (green)

You may notice the right lower angles outwards so be wary cutting anything of the bottom corner

Looking the part tooper. Padding behind the sniper plate should help to keep it forward. If you have padding in the thigh try moving it to the rear, it will push the thigh backwards away from the sniper plate
