You don't need to use rivets, using bolts is fine and good if you ever need to make any adjustments and yes just cut the excess off, I normally use side snippers. Nice work, you have survived ear trimming, the rest should be a breeze

Hello and welcome to the forum, trading cards are handed out to the public as well as to other troopers, there is no monetary value with them but some members do trade them. According to the membership database they are no longer a member so I doubt would be handing out any more cards.

I have a similar system in my biker helmet which works well but the biker helmet is a lot smaller. For my Stormtrooper helmets I just go old skool, a thin piece of foam in the top and some square pieces on the sides to stop wobbling, sometimes the cheaper the more effective

If it's like most printer there is an area in setup where you can adjust the height and position of the head, not sure about Enders, I would have a look on FB there are quite a lot of printing communities there, no doubt there would be some for the Ender's

Looking good, ears are the worst so make sure you read up on those before you start trimming, some great tips in those links I previously posted

Nice work trooper, a great build, a couple of things you may want to to look at to take you up a level Your counter appears a little too far back and it's also very low . Also grips should not have any weathering as they were originally black plastic, I would think it would just be a suggestion from the DO's Good luck with approval

Nothing better than standing in a doorway and the breeze hits all the openings that armor isn't' covering on a really hot troop. You can get very hot just standing in one spot

Don't need rivets for basic approval or EI , BUT yes as you have added them you would need to add another 3 to add to your shim and replace the elastic, and yes shims would go on both sides. Was just an option to give you basic 501st approval, but carry on with the weight loss

For basic approval it can be as easy as adding a piece of plastic behind, glue with E6000 so it can be removed, then add another piece on top of that so it meets the kidney plate. You don't have to use ABS paste or fill the joins so it's very easy to remove later Disregard the velcro in the image below, should give you the idea though of what I'm talking about with the shim

Very hard to do it by yourself, overall looking good. You may want to drop your thighs a little, appears you butt plate is getting hit and knocked backwards when walking, tighter elastic between the cod and butt plate can help, also right thigh needs rotating inwards. There is a large gap between the top of your shoulder bell and the shoulder straps on the right side, perhaps some tighter strapping, doubled over elastic normally helps. You could add some side shims to close that gap then remove later once you loose the weight. A couple of threads to look over

Having a gap there is fine as it will be covered by the ear and not seen ATA opening
