    Could be that your tube is too small in diameter. Your clips should also sit closer to the end caps.

    No, the crotch snaps are used to hold your butt and crotch together so your butt piece doesn't flap around. As I said, there are no unused snaps.

    I just used a flat black from a can. Didn't think much about it then, and haven't had any problems since either.

    None of my rivets or snaps are unused. In fact, I think the old system of strapping, although I only use it partially is a lot easier to use, and makes a lot more sens than some other "creative" ways people have come up with. Velcro coming undone by itself and so on. The screen accurate way is very reliable and comfortable.

    It's been turned off to generate less CPU load on the server while we work on decreasing the load to more reasonable levels. Once we've done that we can turn it back on.

    You'll be fine. Just try to make it look like it belongs. Since it's a medical issue it's not too much you can do about it and the GML's will understand that.

    If you use the cover strip method then the covers will hide any gaps between the two halves of the armour.

    Don't overlap AND put strips on it. Do either, but not both. It just looks weird and doesn't give you the nice effect of cover strips.

    That's normal. It'll fix itself once you put the ears on.

    At that lenght you don't a kit made for tall troopers. You'd fit in any kit. Oh, and any helmet except the AM or FX helmet would be better than the eFX if you get it from the sellers of this list.

    I've never heard of XFX. Sure you don't mean FX? RT-MOD is a great buy for the taller troopers. Trust worthy seller and a good helmet. Certainly better than the classic FX helmet.

    As strong as you can find. Since you used abs cement you're in a bit of a pinch. But if you're careful you might be able to get them apart. Just work it slowly. I can't recommend any specific method though. Just make sure that you use E-6000 in the future. Then you can take your parts apart without any risk.

    Take it apart, sand it smooth and do it again. This time with more pressure along the whole length, for example by using rare earth magnets.
