I have bought stuff from him in the past. I would buy from him again too because I have had no complaints so far. He does quite a bit of resin casting and I have never noticed any recaster dead give aways.
I think your best bet for ANH accuracy and ABS would be as Pablo mentioned, TM armor. As far as a 5'10" mannequin goes, I can come stand in your living room in armor but I must warn you as soon as the lights go out, I'll raid your fridge.
Dont forget there is High Gloss HIPS armor available too. Its like the best of both worlds; Dang near as tough as ABS, Doesn't need painting and gets sweet pulls like HIPS.
It would be awesome if TE2 used high gloss HIPS
Stomper posted in this thread over a year ago, but I havent seen him posting in months. He turns out some great quality pieces. Anyone heard from him lately? His ROTJ blaster accessories like the U Track and scope rail are bound to be the best available. Someone should track him down and see if his pieces are still available. I've gotten many E-11 parts from him in the past and was always pleased with thier quality.
Even if you can read the number its probably a stolen pic anyway. Did you notice he got good feedback from a guy saying he got his armor delivered and it was top notch From a user with only a feedback score of 1. Doesn't take a genious to figure that one out.....scumbag
I agree with the change and think that the best action regarding affected existing EIB members is grandfather them in indefinitely. They have the option of upgrading as a personal choice rahter than necessity.
In all fairness Gino's helmets are extremely nice.
BUT
$1000 for 4 pieces of plastic thats thin as the backing on a fruit rollup is pretty much a rip off ESPECIALLY when its not what it claims to be.
IMPS #3 is available now too. Effects and sequences are great. Ties in to the end of part 2 nicely I thought. Something is bad wrong with the IMPS TB helmets though. They got some serious bobble head action going on.
Dont forget you can also see ANH TK's running around the death star in panic at the end of ROTJ. Lucas used some footage from ANH that was filmed but unused in ANH.
