Hi from western ny. My name is joe and have been playing with the idea of trying to get involved with the local 501st here in ny. Been making random mando helmets for a bit but always felt more imperial so when I decided to pull the trigger on working with a group the501st was obvious choice.  Currently working on an imperial commando kit I printed. Hopefully I can make the grade.  Looking forward to being active and learning

Hello and welcome, good luck with the build

Hey Joe, glad to see that you made it here.

I see you found the Imperial Commando section (which is great, ‘cause like I said - you’ll get a lot of great feedback here) and that you’ve reprinted your chest (it looks good btw).

Hello Joe and welcome to the forum! How exciting that you're starting on the Imperial Commando, we don't have many of those! Research is key when it comes to this hobby, and one of the best ways to get a good result is to create a build thread, in that way you can get a second opinion from the fellow members and other Imperial Commandos that we have!

Welcome Joe.  I look forward to following your build and maybe one day trooping with you.

Welcome Joe!

I always like to tell new cadets that all of us were new at some point; none of us had ever built a Stormtrooper kit until we built the first one....!

If unsure about anything ask!!!!

Welcome and great choice of kit, take it slow and take plenty of photos, post them up and ask questions, what ever is cut off cannot go back on, measure twice cut once.
