  5. Hi Craig In my experience, making new holes and filling the old ones with ABS haven't cause any issue with cracking or something like that. I would recommend to make some test first with a piece of ABS , once you feel confidence with the procees, you can do the fix. I have another tip , I have recently used for this fix : 1- Glue a little circle of ABS behind the old hole to give some support (I have used " Zap a Gap" glue for fast dry.) 2- Fill in the front of the hole with another small ABS circle 3- Apply a bit abs paste if needed just to fill any minimal gap. 4- Sand a bit with a super fine sand paper and Polish with Car polish to give some shinning or glossy finish. Hope this can help.

  9. Hi Dave. in order to proceed with your application, we need you to make an small adjustment to your helmet's teeth area. There's a bit excess of paint tht needs to be removed. CRL for basic states: Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area. Reference Images Five minutes with a toothpick or cotton swab with mineral spirit or paint remover (Non Acetone) can do the trick. Thank you.
  10. Nice work Trooper , if i can give a suggestion, this is the moment (working with ABS paste) when you could consider to move the Han Snap as per the CRL states fo level 3 CRL: A single male snap on the top right corner of the ab plate is present. Cheers
  11. Vamos Sergio, ya casi !! . Tu insignia de Centurion está a la vuelta de la esquina ! Go go Sergio, your Centurion Badge is around the corner !!
  12. If I can give a tip: recently I messed up with an AB rivet hole and what I did for a fast solution instead of using ABS paste was: 1- Glue a small circle of ABS from scratch from behind to cover the wrong hole.. 2- Glue another, small piece just to match the front and with a cotton swab, I applied a bit of acetone just to fill in the edges , another option could be to apply a smooth cape of ABS paste. 3- Sanded with a extra fine sandpaper and polish (car polish) You may want to make a test. NOTE: I have used Zap a Gap glue for a fast dry.
  13. Good luck with your projects Trooper !!, take your time and make the Empire Proud !!
