First full dress up ANH Stunt TK

Exactly! I’m going on a year so I’ve got no clue what could happen that’s why I put might in there. So to update I’d say if you use elastic use heavy duty stuff. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    ANH STUNT BUILD

Size of inner strips don’t matter. Mine were cuts from trimming so they were off sized and crooked cuts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Esty Armor

Agreed check the vetted sellers. He’s got 9 reviews so unless you live near him and can go see it I’d steer clear. If he was that concerned with selling quality 501st approved armor he would most likely have the common sense to introduce himself here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First full dress up ANH Stunt TK

Make the straps holding the bells to the shoulder straps shorter. That’ll bring them in. And use a nylon strap not elastic elastic might stretch out over time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Branchi's RS Prop Masters Helmet build

You might be able to get the same effect with just sanding but I’d get them a bit more straight and that should even it all out. And we’ve all been through this we don’t need to see your nerves to remember how it felt, it’s crazy nerve racking. So far so good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How much is a Tie Pilot?

Completely agree with steering clear of them, just happened to look at that site for a quick price. The time spent waiting won’t be worth it at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Adianu's WTF shorty build

You need to sue! There has been extensive pain and suffering, two ties? Who do they think they’re dealing with. Lol other than that at least your getting stuff done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How much is a Tie Pilot?

I think basically most costumes with armor end up around the same price. Anovos has a set of armor no helmet for $650 and it’s preorder so you’ll probably have a while till you get it. Helmet is $450. Then you need everything else. If he’s looking for inexpensive I’d got a reserve pilot. I’m pretty sure the jump suit is the same so you’d have all the soft goods to eventually become a tie pilot. Still not the cheapest but a good costume. I’d look around on all the different detachment forums for someone selling something used if money is an issue and he’s not concerned with what he is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    A.J.'s O.F. AM 2.0 Build

Ok got it. Answer is No. good? Jk Basically both of them are right With the diagram on the left the rivet would be directly centered under the square. With the diagram on the right the river would be off center under the square. I would stick with the left diagram. It’ll keep everything centered and you won’t have to worry about something not fitting under the square. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    A.J.'s O.F. AM 2.0 Build

Not sure if it helps but the L3 of the CRL states Drop boxes must have full inner drop boxes to close the back. Flat covers are not allowed. Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box. The corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that that meets the outer edge of the cloth belt. The top of the ammo belt should sit at or just below the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. So I’d keep them aligned with the edge of the belt. Even if you don’t go level 3 you can’t go wrong Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Taller trooper armour set

You won’t be disappointed with the armor. As for the other stuff there are a few sales threads on here for some of that soft goods or Trooperbay.com. As for the boots I think but I’m not sure imperialboots.com is open, they work in runs, you might want to jump on that cause they’ll probably be closing soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Helmet Transport

I just wear mine all the time... Seriously mine fits but you can buy custom bags for them they run pricy but are awesome looking. For a while I had mine in a generic $20 motorcycle helmet bag and it fit fine. I only took it out cause I made room. Word to the wise though the interior was a fuzzy black and got fuzz all over the helmet which stuck with static. You could clean it off but it was getting in between the plastic and HOVI tips so it became hard to get out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Lorelei's 5'4" ATA ANH-S Centurion-Hopeful Build

Looks good but I’m confused why you made an ankle bracket instead of a belt? Oh wait never mind, that thing might fit my thigh. Damn you high metabolism people! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I’m not familiar with the other detachments but I came here a year ago knowing nothing afraid I’d ruin a very expensive piece of plastic. Found that the first cut is the hardest. Measure three time before you cut anything and if something does go wrong there are ways to fix things and most makers have spare parts you can get which are fairly inexpensive compared to a complete set. The knowledge on this forum is amazing. Go through some of the different build threads and you’ll see some detailed builds which help a lot. I’m fairly partial to the being shiny and clean so if you decide to stick around we’re more then happy to help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. WTF is good armor. They make quality stuff. As for building people are more then willing to help on line. Just make sure you ask questions post pics and don’t do anything your unsure of there are tons of videos out there as well. As for you the help. We are the home of the shiny white. For Nova Trooper go here https://specops501st.com And for sandy go here http://www.mepd.net Those are the forums that will best be suited to help with a build. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You: This is not the build thread your looking for New FISD members: Your right it’s not your ab buttons are upside down. Come on guys let’s check out that Bud Spakler guy he seems to know everything, but I hear he’s a low brow TK stunt that uses binders, a com mic, and chatter when he troops.
