Hey Bradley, talk about a ”super-Trooper” Here’s the general guidline for approvals 1.  You must have started (and documented) your build here on the FISD prior to June 1st.  2. You will have until September 1st (approximately 90 days) of this year to submit for Expert Infantry and then Centurion if you opt to go for higher levels with that particular set of armor. 3. We took into consideration that an average set of armor takes approximately 3 months (or less) to build and that "life happens", but if you find that it will be taking longer than the 90 days, you will be required to contact the D.O. staff if you are aiming for EI or Centurion and explain your situation.

Although it might give an Idea on size I would advise against going with someone elses measurements when it comes to fit. There are some measurements floating around here made by RS props and they measured the bells in their possession, all good if you are keen on using actuall screen size but that’s no guarantee all the bells were the same size (probably were though) and more importantly - that might not fit your bodytype. If unsure on how to trim the bells, put the torso together first and then size the bells wearing said torso by using reference images like the ones I provided and take pics of yourself to look at and to post here for guidance. If possible, go to an armor party and compare to others. Just avoid trimming them straight

That´s great news so don´t get me wrong but how is that possible? I mean the sideseam and the yoke. I know it says without a visible seam for the abdomen section so tecnically as long as you don´t see it it should be fine but the yoke is meant to be one seamless piece?

You seem to be on top of the arms so I´ll move up to the shoulder bells. In order for them to fit the best meaning a minimal gap between them and the chest/back armor they should be trimed with a curve as the originals were

So sorry to hear this...don’t now what to say other than saying as above Greatest sympathies to Ryan and his family.

Maybe using to much glue, it only takes a few drops. I had the same problem and when I used much less glue it worked like a charm. I put a small amount of CA glue in the center of the handguard and then press it onto the glove when wearing it, hold untill it sets and then gently lift the handguard and place very small drops of glue working my way out

Keep the zipper and use straps, I could have just glued them in on the back/kidneyplate as those are connected all the time but apparently wanted to do more work Anyway, by having straps coming down there´s no need to shove any hands anywereAnd, I later removed that little lip in the front as it was just of no use.

It’s a plastic plumming tube 50-68mm in diameter. The larger size is considered more accurate and you find it in hardware stores

I dremmel from the inside and then use a utility knife to finish it off. Another way is to drill some holes and use files. Or, a combination of the above
