1. Oh yeah, that's a nice build

Why the Anovos helmet with RS armour, out of interest?
2. Took me 35 (ish) hours to make my first full kit, mate, it was done within a week It's entirely up to you what you do with your own money, but i'd definitely urge you to listen to those who have 'been there, done that'. These kits are ready-made. That doesn't mean that they will fit your body shape.
3. What's your budget, mate? You'll get a kit, everything you need, clearable to 501st centurion level for maybe a little more than the SDS kit (i've just retired my SDS kit, in favour of a new self-build).
Feel free to PM me and I'll give you more info
4. No forearm (wrist) return edge Butt joined Armour details Internal strapping Accessories Holster connection I think that's everything

6. I have: ANH TK - 501st cleared. Working on: ANH TK (Pre-clearance). Greedo. Rodian Jedi.
7. Yeh as Joseph says, it's just 1/4" or 6mm white sewing elastic
8. Have a look at the bottom of the ESB CRL... http://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_esb
9. That's better, nice close-ups! I'm not sure how picky your garrison is, but they might ask you to tidy the rough edges around the eye sockets, paint the ear screws white, reduce the frown edges a little (I think you've painted a little 'over the lines') and possibly neaten the black outlines. But then, the screen used examples are rough at the best of times
10. I think maybe your cheek stripes are the wrong way round?
11. My little buddy Emma and me at a local fundraiser...
12. The whole process has been riveting.

**cough**
13. Probably around 4 or 5 hours actual time 'doing stuff'. Had to wait overnight to let paint dry.
14. Mark Bradley 22700 EIB A4 Tony Thank you You are welcome!!! http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/22700-eib.png AMAZING! Thanks
15. Does it work well? What sort of battery life does it give? I've heard a uni-directional mic is best, to cut down on feedback?
16. I've just been looking at wireless headsets. Ordered a TRamp system but they no longer have wireless headsets included. There seem to be loads of generic types and brands. Very confusing as to which one might work best!
17. It is actually a Rubies adult helmet! The shoes are just little (sorry, not sure what you might call them) 'plimsoles', or school gym type shoes with elastic at the side, painted. The moulded chaps on the battle buddy had to be removed as it was constricting the ankle, so her mum made her little craft foam replacements.
18. Here's one myself and a friend made for her little girl (8). I did the rough cutting, taking out all the innards, trimming the component parts etc, she got it spray painted, joined it all together and made various other tweaks etc... came out nice! I'll be trooping together with her at a local charity fundraiser on Saturday
19. The Rubies blasters I modded, I wanted to weight them, so took them apart but the seams are glued or bonded in some way. Some parts are bonded stronger than others. Freezing it helps to pop the sides apart. Obviously remove all the connecting screws first.
