1. I have a set of Ross' 2mm acrylic capped TK armour. Superb bit of kit, which went together beautifully - Everything just seemed 'easy', compared to the other kits i've either assembled, part assembled or helped put together for other people. The 2mm AC is something else - trickier to cut, being thicker than normal but truly solid stuff. The service is second to none. Always willing to answer questions, no matter how daft they may sound! His supply of spare bits and pieces is excellent - I've had to order various bits and pieces to replace knackered parts of my SDS kit, extended shins (great for the taller trooper), all of which have been delivered in good time, and at a price I kinds thought too cheap at times (but don't tell him I said that ) A proper gent to deal wilth and i'd have no hesitation whatsoever ordering from him again. Here's my 2mm RWA kit:
2. I trimmed all of my last TK with the curved lexans in a couple of hours. Maybe closer to an hour
3. I didn't use a rotary tool at all on mine... just curved lexan scissors and sandpaper
4. Honoring TK-99725 Aaron Just an awesome photo, guys Long live the Empire!
5. Cheers guys Just got cleared... 50th Greedo in the 501st
6. Just finished this...

8. Fab You need a suitable FISD kudos title (Any admin that can sanction that?)
9. That's awesome! Make sure you put some orange lego on the muzzle, so folks don't think it's a real firearm
10. You can use Stelmax 1985 or E6000 to glue velcro in position
11. What's the deal with cleaning the silk gloves, used for Centurion ESB? I think I want to use something a bit more 'pleasant' than the usual rubber gloves (stinking, even with glove liners).

When it comes to cleaning the silk gloves, do you just hand wash them and keep the stitched hand plates on, or do you un pick the stitches, remove the plates and wash the gloves properly?
12. Yeh you might want to lower the waist belt a little but kinda swivel the thighs inward a little. That'll help reduce the gap at the knees and will also help prevent the butt plate catch on the tops of thighs Also, shortening the shoulder bell to shoulder bridge connection will look better
13. Wow, that was fast! Sweet build, Brian, Centurion before your maiden troop Well done to you
14. Looks nice I can see a couple of dressing points which might niggle you whilst trooping. The thigh at back, which is catching the butt plate; You might want to change the padding inside the helmet to drop it a little. A chap recently had an issue with the pop rivets RS used to attach the thigh ammo belt - These aren't allowed at higher levels of clearance but (should) be fine for basic. How tall are you btw?
15. I'm not sure how their 'system' works but I think they possibly sometimes take orders without having stock 'in hand'. But you're in Italy, so i'd imagine your delivery will take 4-6 weeks at a rough guess.
16. I got a dispatch email but no tracking info. Just got my fastest ever order from them - Ordered one day, received 4 days later (!)
