1. Honoring TK 41274 Jerome Just an awesome action shot - Well done! Long live the empire! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/40586-tk-41274-lost-on-hoth/
2. My little buddy Emma and me at a local fundraiser...
3. The whole process has been riveting.

**cough**
4. Probably around 4 or 5 hours actual time 'doing stuff'. Had to wait overnight to let paint dry.
5. Ok, so it was the Edinburgh Capital Sci-Fi Con at the weekend... An entirely not-for-profit convention, with all proceeds going to a local charity for childrens' care hospices - CHAS. My little pal, Emma, AKA Short Vader, AKA Short Trooper (A battle buddy toy myself and her mum converted) had a great time. The 501st Imperial Scottish Squad assisted, and escorted her through the halls, to get her helmet signed by Rogue One Vader, Spencer Wilding. What a nice guy he is! Obviously, I'm just checking to make sure he's doing it properly... Slaying her poor mother... And in her FO trooper guise... And a couple of random shots...
6. Mark Bradley 22700 EIB A4 Tony Thank you You are welcome!!! http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/22700-eib.png AMAZING! Thanks
7. Yeh, CFO shins are clearly built for a skinny trooper! I had to shim the overlap on mine, too. Cool, looking forward to seeing your WIP over on the UKG
8. Aah, OK, yeh I saw him, too Shock trooper is gone down south, mate, sold him to upgrade my existing TK , from RWA, which should hopefully be cleared soon. What armour make did you get?
9. What day did you go? I was only there Sunday. I did see one of our spotters having a chat with someone, looked like it might have been about armour... maybe you? The decision was taken not to have a table for this one, as it ties-up resources. Bigger cons, with more 501st attendees tend to have a table, although this con is only in its 2nd year and apparently has almost doubled in attendance! Not many social occasions, unfortunately, but maybe if you post up something on the UKG, you might get someone close to you geographically? There are a fair few of the guys from the west coast. Failing that, i'm always happy to talk to folks! (Fife)
10. Does it work well? What sort of battery life does it give? I've heard a uni-directional mic is best, to cut down on feedback?
11. I've just been looking at wireless headsets. Ordered a TRamp system but they no longer have wireless headsets included. There seem to be loads of generic types and brands. Very confusing as to which one might work best!
12. It is actually a Rubies adult helmet! The shoes are just little (sorry, not sure what you might call them) 'plimsoles', or school gym type shoes with elastic at the side, painted. The moulded chaps on the battle buddy had to be removed as it was constricting the ankle, so her mum made her little craft foam replacements.
13. Here's one myself and a friend made for her little girl (8). I did the rough cutting, taking out all the innards, trimming the component parts etc, she got it spray painted, joined it all together and made various other tweaks etc... came out nice! I'll be trooping together with her at a local charity fundraiser on Saturday
14. The Rubies blasters I modded, I wanted to weight them, so took them apart but the seams are glued or bonded in some way. Some parts are bonded stronger than others. Freezing it helps to pop the sides apart. Obviously remove all the connecting screws first.
15. Yup, my mum gave away all my Star Wars stuff after I moved out at 18... I was planning on picking it all up, until she cheerfully informed me that the two snotty-nosed kids from down the road were 'over the moon' with their new toys. I bet they were... X-wing TIE fighter Countless characters Scout bike AT-ST and on, and on...
16. So you think "Star Wars". You have to think instantly, to,the one scene in your mind, that just personifies what Star Wars is to you. Mine would have to be that moment when the stormtroopers piled-in through the blasted-open door of the Tantive IV. I was hooked from that moment. Closely followed by the Hoth Battle. What's the one scene that springs to your mind?
17. A white tux with black shirt would be pretty cool
18. Hi everyone, Aaron is taking some time out from his Stormtrooper Hall of fame duties, and you're stuck with me for a while so... here goes Honoring TK-72410 Kae Sheer joy from the little girl, a happy mother and a 'What the...' moment... Long Live The Empire! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/40296-alaskan-outpost-double-troop-day/
19. Looks great to me Only thing I can see is that the knee ammo pack seems to have slipped down a little?
20. Looks like a modded Rubies blaster... probably $20+ paint. You can do much better for the asking price tbh... Doopydoos resin kit, for example. They're not difficult to build. Honest
