  1. Great job! Awesome feeling for sure. You could bring your thighs up a bit is all I saw at first look, but should be an easy TK# for you!
  2. I think the boots look great! Good job on the preparation and the getting busy with ordering everything! I must admit I had to click to see why your TK stunk, especially after the PVC thigh thread.
  3. ABS paste has met it's match! Wow, very scary. Time to sell that kit to someone really, really short where they do some serious trimming.
  4. Beautiful! Ditto here thought it was a real scope upgrade.
  5. More new trooper reference pics!
  6. OK I would run over and take off my helmet for a pic! Just freeking fantastic.
  7. Great job- he is going to rock it when it's all done!
  8. Beautiful shim work! That paint is amazing stuff, matches really well; great job!
  9. Your a brave man for keeping for the E-6000 in the drawer! Looking good so far- nice work!
  10. Great looking build! Cool build photos and posts by the way on the backpack!
  11. Thanks for the laugh on a Friday! That was good stuff. It's a hero version as well!
  12. Best to cut the notch in the shim and do any bending of the shim first before you attach it to the kidney. The paste weld can give with some pressure, and you lose all of your hard work that you did sanding!
  13. Looking great! Lucky man with the sides- I agree looks like no need to shim! You should be able to tighten up that super small gap with the strapping. I did not cut my ab/cod either, but have yet to have the need to go to the bathroom while trooping, so this mod may come if ever I have a bad experience!
  14. Great looking work with the helmet! Have not seen the velcro/snap combo- nice! Hopefully they will stay quite when you move around, but the velcro looks pretty small so I bet you will be OK.
  15. Some neat ideas with the strapping- well done! I cant tell, but is that right rear trap even with the left? Dont see a close up of the rear helmet, but might not be a biggie. Good luck!
  16. Just got mine in- thanks again for posting this! Hope to hide it in my new DVH blaster I have on the way, but we will see.
  17. Looks great- well done! Very clean!
  18. Looking good! You made sure we had a lot of photos!!
  19. I am the exact size. You will definetly need to shim the sides with AP.
  20. Vern on the board (TK bondservnt) assembles armor and the blaster, but you would have to ship it!
  21. I did also, I found it was easier to see what I was doing by starting underneath. Just had to make sure I had pre-cut all of the coverstrips and did not run out, using the bad pieces for the underneath.
  22. That looks unbelievable- great job! Very jealous!
