  1. That's awesome- back looking much better!
  2. Wow, just awesome!
  3. Let's see the finished trooper!
  4. Wow- you will be the star of the show!
  5. Coming along! I had the same problem with the shoulder wings; I did not have to take them off though, just put a slight bend by hand between every square, real gentle, until they formed a perfect curve shape. Literally had to bend between every square though. Your ear rank outline seems really thick, if you wanted to thin that down a bit maybe.
  6. Looking great, appreciate the pics!
  7. Wow- great read and post! Fantastic save so far. The part about sanding down the superglued shims to get to the original plastic could give us all nightmares.
  8. Great looking build- congrats and good luck!
  9. Looking good! I had the same problem with the butt piece flaring out at the sides; got a recommendation to run a strap from the outer edge's to the ab piece, which pulled them right in and worked like a charm. You could bring your drop boxes out a bit laterally is all I see. Congrats on the build!
  10. Not the easiest thing in the world, but they can be done! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/29077-adding-the-kidney-shim-not-bad-but/
  11. Here is mine; got the upgraded thicker lens from Trooperbay. Bent them in place, marked the screw holes and drilled them and used the ear screws, as mentioned above. Holds perfect and they vent so they do not fog up!
  12. Awesome- looking great! This is probably on everyone's wish list!
  13. Looks like Mr. No Stripes even has a name; DV 692. Maybe old news, I may have missed it somewhere on here already; if so, delete!! http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/DV-692
  14. That was an interesting power cylinder and counter mount!
  15. Great job! I was thinking the same thing on the biceps and forearms, wondering if they could be pulled down a bit. Way to go on the hand painting! Congrats on the build!!
  16. Looking great! That duct tape man is just too cool. Are there two holes punched on your butt plate, at the top corners of each side?
  17. Looking good! It's exciting getting to this stage for sure. Sounds like you are already working on the holster; you could tighten up the gap between the back and kidney a bit; I had to make the same adjustment on mine after my EIB pics.
  18. Looking good so far! Agree, E-6000 all the way, so easy to rip those cover strips off if ever needed.
  19. Very cool, love the look! Seeing Han with the belt on only is funny; how the heck do you get the suit off without taking off the belt!
