  1. You can trim it and even it up if you wish John
  2. Smooth as silk baby hahaha
  3. Congratulations and welcome
  4. I have both and they both have pros and cons. IF, TK Boots were still making boots I would consider buying another set from them. Just my opinion, I believe TK Boots is a higher quality boot.
  5. Hey Austin, yes AM and RT-Mod will probably be your best bet if you're a larger trooper. Unfortunately you won't exactly how the armor will fit you until you have it in your hands. We have quiet a few larger troopers here and I'm pretty confident we should be able to guide your through the process of altering yours if it needs it. Welcome to the FISD by the way.
  6. Don't make fun of his air conditioner lol
  7. Troopers Helping Troopers, our pleasure
  8. Anytime, Troopers Helping Troopers
  9. Absolutely. Happens to me from time to time when I get a little aggressive installing or removing armor and tear a seam open. Just reglue, reset and go. Keep up the good work.
  10. I am the king of wires but I also like them hidden. That's the reason I sell an entire electrical system all contained in the helmet. If you're interested in knowing more shoot me a message .
  11. Looking great. You're making this build look easy.
  12. Looking good Jamie, nice work so far
  13. Looking good so far Jake
  14. Welcome Josh looking forward to your build
  15. FWIW the ears don't have to be perfect.
  16. Hi, tools? maybe $30-40. If you want to get fancy you could easily spend 100s. If you've never built armor before you'll be just like the rest of us. It will take time, patience and yes space to build it in. I have yet to see the premier kit and so I can't really comment on the accuracy or how it will fit on your body. Building it yourself allows you to build it to your liking. Hope this helps .
  17. Nice catch Dan
  18. Seriously, this is awesome
  19. Looking good Chris. Looks like the crew has given you some pretty sound advice.
  20. Nice work Johan
  21. Looking god Keith
  22. Very nice work
  23. Scoured the movie last night, almost frame by frame looking for this trooper/holster with a straight on view, low and behold... That said I could only find one trooper with that holster, though I'm all for adding it to the CRL if unanimously decided by the members and staff.
  24. Hey Jennifer welcome, nice mod work so far. If you could give us a little time we'll see if we can drum up some photos.
