  1. Looking good so far Dave
  2. A 10w amp is pretty powerful, most Aker amps are that with nobody concerned about loudness. Sounds like there may be an issue with the volume to the amp or maybe the mic placement.
  3. I'm going to share a little secret you, are you ready? Get a little closer to the screen so you can read this carefully. Ready? Ok here we go, shhhhhh quite, ok here it is...... . . . . . . . . . . . They don't have to be perfect, and were never meant to be
  4. Lorelei nailed it. You can also pick one up at Trooperbay.com. Oh and btw good to see you back at it. Keep up the good work
  5. Thanks, glad to be of assistance.
  6. If I may interject here. We understand your frustration, what Dan (and the DOs) are more concerned over the heavy lean to one side. We're not expecting perfection. If you take a look at the last 4+ AP Centurion applicants you'll notice they don't have that lean, not to mention some of them are relatively centered. We believe If you repositioned it a bit it would look more accurate. You can do it brother
  7. Most Centurion badge holders will tell you if built with that level in mind its actually the easiest way to go in the long run. Your armor's appearance and even how it feels when trooping is at a higher level. If you build it with lower standards (though there's nothing wrong with that) you tend to have more issues along the way, not to mention it's more work, and it may not look as good. Food for thought Keep up the good work
  8. If you're build a ROTJ version yes No for ANH or ESB versions
  9. I believe this what you're asking to see. Here's an ATA, note the lower edge of the knee.
  10. Looking good A.J. I like the cover strip inside the armor to create a nice flat surface to glue your connecting strap technique .
  11. FYI, found a photo from Jimmi kit TFA EIB app from back in 2017. It does has curvature to it just not very much. Double check you applicants armor, it should be the same.
  12. To combat weak connection points between armor sections swap out the elastic for nylon webbing
  13. Thought we were done for the meantime.
  14. Almost there Kirill, keep up the good work
  15. Doing great Jordon. Practice make perfect, you can do it brother.
  16. I think we have our list thanks everyone. As Joseph mentioned we still haven't completed the ROTJ from last year. One step at a time. Unless there's something so important it can't wait this thread has run its course for now.
  17. HAHAHA Bring your stuff over Walter let's do this
  18. It's completely doable however. this is an Anovos kit I built for someone who's 6'2". Those that have built Anovos or RS know there's not much room to spare. I could have dropped his biceps another 1/2" and moved his hand plate back slightly giving him a more uniform look. I swear the guy has a wingspan that of a 747 lol. Anyway, we decided comfort and practicality took a front seat to accuracy. And yes he's a Centurion
