Hi Pat, this goes back a few post to the one with your thigh shot with the uneven bottom alignment. I think it is the thigh your ammo pack covers. Just a recommendation as that part that sticks down may catch on your undersuit. Consider taking the return edge off that area and apply some heat to it and carefully bend it back . This is just to even it up. You can then reduce the new return edge you would have created. If that makes sense. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

This same thing has happened to me, although I caught it before it completely separated. I cut two thin strips of ABS approximately 1.75 inch long and only 3-4 mm wide. Luckily I had an area with enough space to slide these under at either side of the bridge, (as wide as the flat side areas are ) under the bridge. I used CA glue and Zipp kicker to set it immediately . For the mid section (where the bumps are underneath) I used a two part epoxy resin and layered it along the crack with a small piece of cloth between the layers. A sort of poor mans fibre glass. I am away from home at the moment but will come back to this post and and a photo so you can see the side repair. It is not obvious at all and for the time being will suffice. Long term I wil make a complete rear piece for both sides. It will be identical width to the bridge, and follow the same curvature so improving the overall strength of the entire bridge. I intend to trim out the return edge of the chest plate to the exacting width as well, so the ABS let's call it under bridge , will be glued to the inside of the chest plate forming a sandwiching effect. It will be glued the full length of the bridge. Complete reinforcing. 1mm ABS should be perfect for this leaving some flexibility and not looking obvious hopefully. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Ha ha problem solved, I just worked out where i went wrong. please disregard the below. Below is what i have posted on Khazids thread, with regards to my Arduino and uploading files to it. As you will read i am having some trouble and have explained at the bottom what I have done. Any pointers and help is greatly appreciated. Did you ever get messages like this when trying to upload the program into the nano board? Arduino: 1.6.5 (Windows 8.1), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328" Sketch uses 7,332 bytes (23%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30,720 bytes. Global variables use 237 bytes (11%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1,811 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes. avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM1": The system cannot find the file specified. Hi Skyone Problem uploading to board. Boot soles are more TFA than ANH style, you think they would show a bit more consistence to the ANH, considering this happens prior to it. Chest looks thick around the edge, more like ROTJ. Hey Michael, I have an AP and it is great kit. It was straight forward to build and suits 32"-34" waist comfortably. The details on the AP helmet have been smoothed out and tidied up, where as the ATA still has all the bumps and paint runs visible. If you are aiming for EIB (and I would) then the AP is fine for your height weight etc. all armour needs to be trimmed and assembled to fit you properly, so regardless of which you decide on, your journey will be the same. ATA have a rather long waiting list where as Mark from AP generally has a short wait period. You could also check out MTK, just PM Mike who runs Trooperbay for details.
