  2. Congratulations Ryan, welcome to Centurion rank.
  3. That's one possibility, along with the manufacturing process used by the big movie houses. Extrusion molding of parts is prohibitively expensive to most, so vac forming or fiber glass molding or 3D printing is as close as we get. The ability to to use a vast array of materials , flexible and rigid is where the production costumes are at so there is a disparity from the start. Over time some of the makers have improved to get closer in design and measurements and there is certainly an abundance of reference material in screen shots and actual images of screen used armour in parts and from every angle, the rest I guess is up to the individual makers interpretation.
  4. Could be anything or nothing. LEGO has released figures before that never saw screen time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. I meant Novus, stricken the other filthy name from the record books
  13. Wet and dry fine grit and Novus Plastic polish also does the trick. If you wish to bleach the armour you simply need to go to one of those big chain pharmacies and buy a bottle of peroxide. Make sure its the Cream peroxide, 40 Vol, 12%. Costs about $5 and works perfectly.
  14. Hey Brad, you are going well. Once the strapping is done you are going to have a much better feel for what needs adjustment. Shims are not as hard as they may seem if they are even needed so don’t doubt yourself or your ability If you are building towards Centurion then go for it and don’t look back. We are here to help.
