  1. Yep think you pretty much know what to do, just make sure when you take your approval pic's that everything is where it should be and sitting right and also make sure you close your claves fully LOL, big gap there, or glue a strip of abs at the back on one side so it looks closed
  2. Final adjustments are a pain, I had problems with my shoulder bells rotating back when ever i moved my arms, repositioned the snaps and now fixed
  3. they shouldn't have any logos visible but it just depends how the approval photos are taken hint hint lol
  4. Looked like a great event, cool pic's thanks for sharing
  5. I have my thighs with about an inch of a gap and the shoulder straps there should be the large section then 4 of the small ridges. Some armors you can't do that because it just doensn't sit that way, ATA I could only but one large and two small. Keep going Sam you are nearly there
  6. Just a couple of things I would try to modify, try to pull up your thighs a bit, will give you a bit of clearance at your knees. Also your shoulder traps should have more ridges attched to the chest plate. Other than those couple of things you are looking good, should be some approval picks being sent soon
  7. A lot use rivets but if you want screen acuracy then slotted black dome screws are the way to go
  8. Very cool everyone, looked like a great combined effort
  9. Looking good and you do look better than tupperware lol. I glued my knee ammo belt to stop it moving I think most do the same. I manage to armor up on my own, after a few goes it gets easier, I pack everything back into my suitcase and just at random times I pull it all out and try suiting up again. My calves I just put a loop of elastic through the front boot strap, then attached a snap, then put a snap plate inside the front of the shin, this keeps mine down and stops them moving up or sideways. Won't be long until you send in some approval photo's, keep up the good work
  10. Looking good and foam is much easy to cut and there are no abs shavings LOL
  11. Disregard post above just read this http://www.501st.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=74669&highlight=contact
  12. What is weird is that the nomination tab is not showing any 5 digit ID's
  13. Yep armor comes first LOL, great news on the armor, good luck with your build
  14. I used some small rubber grommets to soften mine just in case it had this problem, mine is ok don't get any feedback and my speakers are right next to the fans.
