  2. I came up with a basic drawing, it uses two same size pieces of rectangle plastic, cut two sections out that are the same width/height of the straps, the other piece has slots that the strap bends go through, (this piece you have to put on the straps first before gluing to the back piece). Glue together then apply to the back of the shield. Hope that helps, sorry it's a pretty basic drawing

  5. Completely forgot I was going to post some images of my shield straps, sorry, here you go. I used some strips of ABS and heated and bent to conform to the forearm, made it a little bigger so I could add some foam so it protects the paint. The other strap is big enough to either hold or have the hand go through so you the shield just locks on the arm, find it saves your fingers sometimes if you are holding for a while
  6. I wouldn't trim anything just yet until you have your strapping worked out, it looks as if your thighs want to come up quite a bit. You may even need to add an inner shim on the inside of the thighs to allow them to come up more. Just watch the curvature when trimming, always compare with the gallery section or screen references
  7. Appears that's the link to your full gallery, if you select "direct link" on each of the images and post them seperetatly into your thread you will get more feedback, many don't like going "off site" Looking good
  8. Well someone is going to have their hands full
  9. Happy days, good luck with the build
  10. Nice work, you may just want to check the gaps between your TD end caps and centre panel, looks a little narrow. With stickers you can add with soapy water but it takes a while to push the liquid out and get them to stick well. I just try to put them on as is and aim for getting them in the right position from a corner, you can still remove if you make a mistake.

  14. Nice work on the fixes, you may also just want to remove the excess clip showing under the belt. Also the cover strips on the rear of the shins should stop before the top ridge
  15. Hello and welcome aboard, good luck with the build
  16. Hello and welcome, it is best to have these types of questions by starting a build thread and posting there. There are quite a few build threads of ATA armor and helmets, if you go to the ANH build thread area you will find most have ATA listed in the title of the thread. This thread may help you: Another here: Another here:
  17. Nice work, you may want to just remove a little paint from the gums, appears some has left the teeth area mainly on the tops Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area Good luck with approval
  18. Unfortunately a lot of times even using the same color abs material can give a different color due to the addition of acetone and the drying process. Many who add shims find that they have to color match with paint, using a air brush is the ideal way as it gives you the ability to mix paint and color to suit but some have had luck with off the shelf spray paint, I have seen this paint mentioned before: Rustoleum Painter's Touch semi gloss white BUT I've not used it myself, you may want to do a search through other Anovos TK threads. With ABS paste you will find it is very difficult to get an exact flat surface so some sanding and polishing may be needed before paint, this guide may help
