Looking forward to seeing the photos

I've travelled with a hard plastic suitcase with OTTK armor and found 2 cracks in the backplate after travel, but everything else was ok, I'd say they had a lot of weight on top of the box at one stage. I also travelled with hard husky style box, very large but with FOTK armor and weapons was over 34kg so I had to pay extra freight, very strong and room for padding and soft pouches around armor pieces to stop scratching, BUT they still managed to destroy one of the extra sturdy wheels, the center of one was ripped right out, who knows what they did with it. Helmet always travels in a soft bag as cabin luggage.

Should do white coat first, fills any gaps/bleeds in templates

Not that I am aware off, a lot of really old images had been uploaded to the older forums and lost when converted over to new software, I did ask if anyone had any backups of the older forums but no luck so far

I cut my holes a little lower, also use a couple of washers, which I placed on a socket, then hit with a hammer in the center to curve the washer, gives a little more strength behind the mounting area as it can be quite thin

I've not seen issues of color differences from the same supplier before unless perhaps there was a mix up between ABS and PVC? You find this a lot between different armor makes hence we recommend going through the same supplier for extra pieces, in this case it definitely hasn't worked. Looking forward to hearing the reply from RS

You will find quite a few shore troopers and death troopers have been 3D printed and legion approved. Hardest part if finding an accurate set of 3D files, they are becoming more common for newer costumes and 3D modeling has really been taking off in the last few years. There are OTTK (ANH) 3D files available to purchase here (although I'm not aware of anyone completing them) You can find other 3D files in this section
