Looks great, one thing I would add is some extra weathering, a bit like Sandtroopers just to some of the recess areas. Well done

Also when in doubt head to the Gallery Sections, some great screen references with lots of detail images can be found, you'll notice a lot of return edges were minimal.

I have a selection of different sizes, some buttons are differently sized. These are a little rough, looks like you did two coats, but appears the paint is quite thick, it will wrinkle if you put it on too thick, a few thin coats are best. comparison

Many of us use mesh on the teeth area, no issues with approval all the way to L3 I use a quick dry acrylic paint for the inside of the helmet, hasn't reacted with the ABS. I've seen some use a water based acrylic and brush on, dries with a matt finish and is pretty durable once dry. I tried a balaclava at first but it just increases the heat so I don't use one now.

Normally with armor with the raised areas we try to keep to the minimum sizing, cover strips for biceps and forearms is 16mm, so you would trim 8mm each side from the start of the raised section. But larger covers strips are acceptable if you need it. I find once glued you can't force apart when flexing your bicep, although it's pretty rare I do that. For thinner arms you will need to add some foam to the insides to keep them central and stop them flopping around. Here's an image of my forearms (don't have a bicep handy) 16mm coverstrips

A hole punch is great for make button templates. I find if you give a thin coat of white first it will fill any bleed areas in the tape.

Walking around or being near a breeze can certainly help stop fogging, but yes standing still you can really heat up and fog, I use one fan at a time, it's great for long troops in case your batteries run down, then you can hit the other fan button.

Normally I use the same ABS sheets which come with the armor, you have to be careful purchasing from other suppliers as the color of white can be drastically different. If you know the make of the armor I would try purchasing some from the maker before trying another source. There is a thread on making ABS paste here.

Foam is a little hard to cut and get a good finish, I would suggest a very sharp knife would be better than using scissors. I use 1/3 of that thickness inside the top of my helmet You may have to adjust some of your strapping, you have a few areas needing pulling in, kidney on the right side, butt plate flaring backwards, also being hit by thighs.
