Correct you can trim a little more out of the corners of the eyes, that little extra can make a lot of difference to your view. Teeth can also be trimmed a little more. Although original trilogy here is a reference of general teeth trimming, you don't want to leave the teeth area, so no cutting into the gums

Normally you will find that strapping will pull everything in, on some occasions I have had to heat and bend so ot conforms more. Trial fit with both ab and kidney and try to tape closed before attempting any bending. I found also with my thin frame I had to add some foam behind the ab to help fill the gap, again depends on what armor make. You don't want to trim down too much as you will look to thin compared to the rest of the armor.

Trim round as you have marked will be fine. Some times you need to trim a little more of the insides than outsides so they sit on the boot better but see how you go once you trial fit with boots on.

Had a similar experience with mixing paint for RS armor, U trim was so white in comparison, a lot of mixing and more brown than blues, it's amazing the difference in white ABS from one maker to another

You'd have a hard time adding grooves to it It's also a bit wide The belt is ribbed and made from a rubber or a rubber like material. The width of the belt is approximately 2" (50mm).

It's not a case of being reluctant to view off forum images, our forum is set up to use minimal image attachments so we advise people to use offsite free image hosting and copy those image links into their posts, if we added everyone single photo that everyone ever had our total storage space would be phenomenal and the cost prohibited. Using a free online image host is also used for build threads, questions threads and also pre approval, expert infantry and centurion applications, so it's a good practice to get into from the very start, hence why we advise people to use free image hosting form the get go. Hope that explains it better.

I haven't used that particular one before but if it has a hardener I gather it's the same type of thing

I'm 5 11 so didn't need mobility cuts, can bend my legs/knees quite well but I still can't bend my knees all the way, it's just how it is. Helpful references for mobility cuts here:

Those have a weird curve to them on the elastic sides. Just remembered these images in regards to the post you made in XYDIU's thread about chest cut out, in regards to screen accuracy (not comfort) Phasma had a full front section which was hinged at the top. Just a bit of trivia Also note how the full front plate has a cut out for the chest rectangle detail piece to come through

Also before trimming make sure you try with boots, undersuit and gaskets on, it can make a BIG difference to fitment.
