You may want to try and space out the gaps between your arms/hands a little more, you have a large gap at the wrists. You also have a little bit of a hump in your brow trim, try to pull the center down a little so it looks straight, if it's loose you can add a wedge of plastic between the trim and faceplate. Action Photo Background It makes our job a lot easier editing your images into the Expert Infantry Honor frames if you use a contrasting blank background when taking your action photos for your EI applications. Not sure if it was mentioned but if painting use a coat of white first, this will fill any gaps in masking tape so you don't get any blue/grey bleed Take a look at Dan's @CableGuy videos, some great tips there

Looking good, just a couple of things On the rear you may want to try some stronger/shorter elastic between your backplate and kidneyplate as you do have a bit of a gap, sometimes adjusting the shoulder strapping between chest and backplate can help also. Your left thigh is on a bit of an angle, right is spot on, you could try adding some foam to the inside to help push it straight. Also note your shoulder bells are a little high on your shoulders, there is a gap there, not sure what is causing that, you may have lifted your arms and they haven't come down.

Yes you can take off some more, all of that return edge can be trimmed, as both Andrew and I have said you can remove even the lower ridge area as some of the screen armor had that, reference

First off photos would be handy to see what gaps you have and how the armor is sitting. Most of the time it's a case of using a dremel or snips to cut down the tops. You can't take any of the bottoms of the thighs due to the ridges there. Depending where it's digging in mobility cut outs may help as you may be able to drop the thighs a little, but as I say photos would help

Sorry I should have looked at the forum sub menu. Unfortunately there aren't than many Rebel builds (only 5 approved in the legion) but reading the CRL you should still be able to add shims to the sides. From some of the builds they do look to fit the bigger guy, although some helmets look a little small like in the CRL image A nice comparison about the helmet sizes here You could also reach out to Walt (WTF) on facebook in regards to sizing

You can have extra side plates (shims) there are quite a few threads on the subject. Forgot to mention the only down side to using a filler (especially different color) is the fact that you need to paint at the end, even ABS paste can need a touch up as once dry and sanded it can look a different shade of white. For any touch up's I like to use water based acrylics, it's very easy to mix and add a touch of brown, black or yellow to white (depending on the color of plastic) to achieve a close to color match with your armor color.

Do you have a build thread, have you followed the Stormtrooper CRL. Although we frown on recasters some of those makers armor could/may be able to achieve basic approval, having a build thread is a great way to receive feedback and comments on what you may need to change/update
