  1. Entirely up to the @Deployment Officer Team, I would wait to see what they say
  2. Example single bottom of barrel hibright LED
  3. You need to add a link to your membership profile, please read the first post of this thread 멤버십 프로필에 링크를 추가해야 합니다. 이 스레드의 첫 번째 게시물을 읽어보세요. membeosib peulopil-e lingkeuleul chugahaeya habnida. i seuledeuui cheos beonjjae gesimul-eul ilg-eoboseyo.
  4. I would while waiting for the Deployment Officers to review, the gloves came up on another EIB application recently GLOVES: Black in color, made of either rubber, nomex, leather, or leather-like material, with no visible straps or logos/designs. A touch up of black on your vocoder should be an easy task Watch out for dressing issues too, shoulder strap under backplate, a full length mirror can be a great help if you don't have a camera person who knows the costume well.
  5. I've tried a few methods but found JB weld 2 part glue with abs strips work best for me. JB weld can also be sanded and painted if need be. I don't find CA or superglue very strong in areas which may flex.
  6. Definitely bitten by the building bug, happens to the many of us, most have a few projects on the go at the same time
  7. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
  8. It's the ridge around the greeble. Original has a rounded raised section and Nick's is flat After speaking with Greg yesterday he is going to attempt to modify it when he has a little spare time, as we can't get any reply from Nick.
  9. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
  10. Correct, as shown in this image
  11. You need to add a link to your 501st legion membership profile, have a read of the first post in this thread
  12. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
  13. These are quite cheap and make a good base. I did see a 3D outer shell "Star Wars" inspired, which goes over these stands in my travels, I'll have to see if I can track it down again
  14. "I shall call him MiniMe" Great work, lets hope the youngling does not grow too fast
  15. A little closer comparison
  16. The link you have posted is incorrect, try this one https://www.501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=32046 Le lien que vous avez posté est incorrect, essayez celui-ci
  17. Hello and welcome aboard, looking forward to seeing some photos. A lot add these electronics
  18. They normally overlap on the sides not right in the front, which way they can overlap depends on references, I've seen both ways in most of the new era content. If you provide photo references with your approval I'm sure your GML would be ok, may be good to double check though CRL's are periodically updated when new reference material is available, I would think either way of overlapping would be added to the CRL at some stage, but all have side closing overlaps Yours is overlapping all the way to the front of the belt Front over back, side closeure Tape residue, I gather this was back over front, lots of tape used in the later series Front over back, side closure trooper on left Front overlap back
  19. I didn't use anything on my fiberglass Sith trooper, just gave everything a good wash with warm soapy water. With wearing full undersuit I really didn't feel any fiberglass or suffer any itchiness. However I painted the inside of the helmet though, more to cover the smell, I used an industrial enamel as it is a slightly thicker than a lot of paints. I've seen some use truck bed paint for the inside of the armor, which goes on quite thick, does look a lot cleaner if all painted black.
  20. Looking forward to seeing your first troop. You can also keep a record of your troops here Once you hit specific milestones you can request trooping badges here
  21. It's all about the final tweaks, a few suggestions: Drop box straps almost look blue/grey? could be wider too: There are 2 (one left and one right) drop boxes suspended by black webbing approximately 2" (50mm) wide Belt closure Your biceps appear to have quite a large gap, you may need to reduce them or add some padding to the inside so they sit middle of bicep Chest needs to come up quite a bit, it would then decrease the closure angle on the side view. Rotate detonator 180deg. You can see from this image the thigh strapping on the sides, that would help to hold them away from the cod. Shins appear open on the rear and from the side, these are normally glued on the outside with velcro on the inside. Belt closure on the sides should be back a little more to the sides Thighs can sit quite low
  22. No problems at all, it can be overwhelming when you are first approved. Each detachment has the same process, you get higher access if you have an approved costume for that detachment, but even if you don't you can still request 501st access to those detachments. This is also a good read for the newly approved, Trooper Survival Guide
