  1. I'm not going to bother with asking them. But they will get credit in the album. Besides, we already have good and clear pictures of the exact same boot that was used. They are just not screen-used like that one they are selling.

  3. I don't see how it should affect eib/centurion. Some on screen troopers also had those cuts. Whether they were intentional (quite likely) or cause of a break from wear is unclear, but they are definitely cut. There is also no mention of it not being ok in the CRL's.
  4. I suppose it can be made. But we don't know what compromises they had to do. Maybe settle with a smaller gearbox and weaker motors than they would have wanted. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. It's not perfect, but taken for what it is, they did a pretty good job on it. I imagine the sterling because of it's slim and somewhat odd design, is pretty hard to make into a functional air soft gun. So some changes have to be made to accommodate.
  6. Mine stay in place because the elastic is lodged between the rivet and snap. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  7. About time Europe gets their own rubber blasters. Now just to perfect them. Nice work!
  8. Yes, we allow split rivets for the knee pack. But the correct one to use is the cap rivet.

  10. If you wear it on a rebels-style TK I can accept that. But you don't see stormtroopers with pauldrons in ANH.
  11. Regardless of who makes the boots, I'd advise against having visible seams across the front side of the boot. We have close up pictures of the actual model of boots used in ANH if you want to know what it's supposed to look like. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/album/20-boots-original-brand/
  12. Belt looks fine if you cut it down. It depends of course where and how you cut it down too much, but generally speaking just cutting it down to size to fit yourself should not be a problem. ROTJ uses elastic that was most likely glued to the plastic. Velcro tend to come undone if stressed. Better to use snaps with your elastic.
  13. There are plenty of doopydoo kit builds you can look at to get a better view.
  14. Yes, the doopydoos kit is mainly an ANH version but can be adapted to ESB as well by omitting the hengstler counter and power cylinders. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  15. My point is that even if there was a how to, we would still have this question asked by someone else in 6 months. Have you got you kit yet? Because once you lay out your stuff and start looking at it for real a lot of stuff becomes apparent that seemed hard before. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  16. There is like 500 build threads in this forum. One of them should do. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  17. I say, where is the engineer in you? Measure twice, cut once. Live a little, eyeball some stuff. Use our gallery as reference for the rest.
  18. Or you can do like the original armour and fasten the bells with a snap to the shoulder elastic that joins the beast plate with the back plate. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  19. Not only is the quality of *all* their products crap, but one of the guys behind star fortress is on the run from US authorities. So there is absolutely no need to give them your money.
  20. I've been saying that myself for three years...
  21. Shawn Morgan makes the best SE-14R's. He has a thread in the forum section for that pistol. Yes, it fits a standard E-11 holster, as that is what's used on the promo photos we see with the hero trooper using it.
