As many of you may now be aware, yesterday evening justjoseph63 tendered his resignation as detachment leader to the FISD staff. The Legion COG team was then notified of this, who today accepted this resignation and have now begun to take the appropriate actions as defined by the Operations Protocols. What does this mean for the detachment? The OP provides for 2 options: The XO may step up and assume the DL position, subject to a confidence vote by the detachment membership. Should the XO not be willing, and emergency election will be held. As XO I have informed the LCOG team that I am willing to assume the DL role. Details of the confidence vote can be found in this detachment members only post: At this time I would like to request you honour Josephs request for privacy in this matter. This was not a decision that he came to lightly. I am sure you will all join me in wishing Joseph the best in what must be difficult times.

Thank you gmrhodes13 for motivating me to figure out those lower legs. I was so happy to be through the bulk of the build that I rested too soon! I had saved the edging I cut off because I knew it was likely that I'd have to re-attach them. I trimmed them down and then cut the loose pieces and the edging on the lower legs to match and create the correct angle to reset them. I then added tabs behind the edging on the leg so that the new pieces had something to attach to. I then cemented them on. The next step will be making some abs paste and filling in the thin gaps that remain.

All black and white pieces are done - just the silver left! The size of this thing is really becoming apparent when laid out. I'll do the silver bits in grey resin and then spray them, but the general idea is that if a part scratches, the resin underneath is a similar color. I'll be spraying it the Behr Premium Satin Black and Gloss White I've used elsewhere on my suit.

46. 2024-03-03, SciFi World 2024, Stockholm (Hero, with DLT-19) The last day of SciFi World 2024 in Stockholm! It was a success, and the Children's Cancer Fund are happy to get yet another donation! I love what we do, and how we do it, and why we do it! During these 2 days we had about 50 troopers, so about 1/4th of all troopers in Sweden! SciFi World isn't the most popular event for us by far, so that number was most impressive! This day was also my 3rd time sporting the DLT-19 and I love it! We never miss a high five! Just got some of this in black for my build and have so far been very impressed. I tried to snap off the front sight pin and couldn’t with my hands.

Kind of amazed at how little support you are needing! This is making me want a bigger resin printer.
