  1. Dear Troopers, fellows Many have asked us if we would do a gasket for the FO trooper especially since we started producing our own blend of fabric for the R1 death trooper. We've been playing around in the workshop and came up with an elegant solution using our home made technology to create this gasket fabric... the question is how many troopers are in need of the FN gasket.

  3. Hi Paul, Re the end cap clip and its functionality, Brian (bulldog) shares this on my thread. Really shows how the clip should work. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. I use the same setup Ross demos in his video and haven't had a single issue with single snaps. That said I know some/many have so maybe I'm the unicorn here. There's a lot to be said for using a quality snap though.

  8. So today my plan was to fit the switch in the handle and for it to click [emoji1303] there is probably a quick and easy way to do this but I couldn’t find it, after many failed attempts with various bits of material I settled for a cut down screw and some glue. After channeling out the slot with the dremmel I popped the switch in and filled it with green stuff. Holes cleaned up. While the green stuff dries/sets I thought I’d go back to the scope, this time I filed the smaller end to take the lens then attached the screws. Does this guard sit better ? Thanks [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Wow - those photos are superb. Gives a much better understanding of how these weapons work and what the resin parts are trying to emulate. Many thanks for that link. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Yes, your biceps are sitting low as well. Are they attached at all to the shoulder bells? I have them connected via snaps/elastic; other people use the bicep hook.

  12. Thanks for much for the tutorial. I just completed two of these costumes for my boys and they LOVE it. So much better looking than the store bought ones. It took more time but so worth the look on the boys' faces. I did not follow the instructions on the helmet rather I made ones out of cardboard using tutorials on youtube.

  14. Honestly, if they look really close like John Danter's did, they should be fine for 99% of the troops you do *after* you join the Legion. I would use the regular ears to get your Legion acceptance first though.

  15. Looks like your armor has quite a bit of battle damage lol. Definitely has been out of the death star! Am i missing something though, your online status shows centurion already? Your armor definitely looks up to par (except for the worn spots as discussed)

  16. There are none more accurate than this. A bit more pricey but worth it. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/36713-100-accurate-t-track-for-your-blasters-and-sabers/ .
