  1. Ahh, that's why the neck trim seems a bit "square" on my AP.
  2. JT raising the brow like that has made a great difference bro. I've got an AP lid and mine has a low brow. I'm thinking about raising it a little after seeing yours. Nice work.
  3. Gotta agree. Kev is a superb craftsman. I own two of his clonetrooper kits.
  4. Thanks for the service Tony and congrats Brian
  5. Oh yes, this is an addictive hobby. Costumes ( in order ) are; 1. ANH TK ( which is undergoing a re-furbishment at the moment ) 2. 501st Legion Clonetrooper 3. CLone Commander Bacara ( on with - 30% done ) 4. Omega Squad Republic Commando ( next project ) and long term plan An Underworld Lycan ( gonna be a long, long project ). Darren
  6. Good thread guys. I recently aquired an AP lid and was considering making look as much like one of the "named" lids as possible. It's got me thinking. Darren
  7. Great Will. I've been waiting to see a WIP on the new AM kit ( I'm thinking about upgrading soon ) Keep up the good work and the photos bro. Darren
  8. Have a brilliant 2010 all at FISD. Darren
  9. I agree that Pandatrooper is always a nice, helpful guy, but if I could be patriotic to a fellow UKG member I also feel that Firebladejedi needs recognition of his fine work assisting other troopers
  10. Great PT armour Dennis and I love that display base. Can I ask if you made it yourself. I fancy having a go at one myself. Darren
  11. I think Jim said it all. Troop in it ( or at least wear it for a good while ) then trim a little, then try again. More time consuming, but it will give you a good compromise between your comfort and a gap that looks in proportion. Darren
  12. I've got a bright red scuff on the front of my thigh like that. No idea what I've banged into and I never carry anything red? <_<
  13. I agree that the cap is not 100% right, but its a nice looking helmet Shiv. Is your AP too small bro..? Mine is a little snug but still comfortable.
  14. An ambitous project mate, but I salute you for wanting to do this. Keep us posted on the project, from sculpts to vac form pulls. We'll all be eagerly waiting. Good luck.
  15. Looking good Kev, Ive made a few blasters ( E-11 and DC-15 clone blasters ). You're doing well bro. Any kind of automotive car body filler would do for filling gaps on the blaster. Keep up the good work. Darren
  16. I was one of the honoured few who were there to see him un-mask. Teri ( UKG CO ) brought in a Fett who we all though was another of the UK Garrison. Then she said she had a special announcement and Jeremy took off the helmet. The cheer that went up was deafening. One of the coolest moments I have ever had the pleasure of taking part in. Troop on Mr. Fett Darren
  17. Excellent Valentin. Mine cleared and yours is a LOT better than mine was. Good work sir.
  18. You and your BFG's Shiv. You know what they say, " big gun ............."
  19. Not too mention the resin 'Imperial Surplus" TK lid too Steve.
  20. If you don't know Mark it's pointless me guessing Quite like the moulding on the calves/thighs though.
  21. I'm pretty sure that ATA armour comes within that price bracket too bro.
  22. Hey Steve if Kev's TK stuff is as good as his Clone lids and armour it will be superb. After having a resin cast EpIII lid I would deffinately consider a resin TK as well. Keep us posted on the finishing of this lid Steve. I'm really interested.
  23. This is the first time I've actually seen photo's of PT armour. It looks great. Good work Dennis
