Great Paul!, fortunately it's just a visual effect. On another note, any comments/tips/suggestions regarding the eyes and teeth on the faceplate? About your question , Teeth look good and certainly you could trim a bit, but be too careful that not pass the gum lines and the eyes you could trim a bit too. here some references , that I imagine you have seen too. Keep on doing an awesome work !!

Hi Sergio, and thank you for your Centurion application! CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of CENTURION. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armour. Fall of tube stripe tops ideally lean toward the front. Yours looks to bend to back a bit and you would like to consider this fix for a future painting session. This is a common dressing issue, the Ab / Kidney plates get out of adjustment and lose the line. It is usually solved by adjusting the elastics or side straps a little more or adding a set of velcro pieces. Reference Images Reference Images Tu placa de espalda se superpone un poquito sobre la placa lumbar, no es mucho pero podrías ajustar los straps para quedar perfecto Your Back plate is overlapping a bit your kidney armor , not a big deal and it's an Easy fix , just making small adjustment to the straps Reference Images Tu cinturón debe subir un poquito para estar perfecto, un truco muy utilizado es poner un par de piezas de velcro detrás y de esta forma evitar que se baje al frente. Your belt needs to go up a little to be perfectly, a widely used trick is to place a couple of small strips of Velcro behind belt to ensure it doesn't sag in the front Reference Images Idealmente debería haber una pequeña cantidad de plástico en el extremo del cinturón al lado del botón de la tapa, este es un paso que conlleva retirar y reposicionar la tapa y lo hacemos notar para que lo consideres en un futuro ajuste. There should be a small amount of plastic on the end of the belt next to the cover button, bit hard to fix that one, so we are suggesting it for a future when you decide to take the step. Finally, another dressing issue , the Sniper knee is below the thigh and it looks that it's due the left shin is a bit high than the right one , you can try lowering down a bit or a widely used solution is to put a piece of Foam behind the knee to avoid that overlaping. And That's all Sergio, you did a great work on the required fixes. Congratulations !! -
Amazing Glen !

Hi Trooper, you're having great advances, well done. About your questions, if I can give some ideas of I would do: Planning to finish torso and back this week however had a few questions when I had a test fitting. - Cod feels bit high, is there a way to lower it? Was thinking of reducing overlap at chest/cod join and potentially using webbing instead of elastic at this join? - I can narrow gap about an inch between front of thighs and cod as garter system wasn't fully adjusted - Does the back look ok? or is posterior too high? You can still lower down the Back and chest plate by enlarging the fabric /elastic connection. This will allow all the torso to be lower. - Big shoulders and lats are an issue as there is a big gap there have already fabricated smaller strap for attachment at top of shoulder but will probably also change strapping at bicep, which may help? other suggestions To reduce the gap Bells /Shoulders connection you may want to shorten the straps and a not easy tip would be to reduce the biceps a bit, in the photo they look to have some room, this would allow to reduce the gap a bit more. - is there too much of gap between helmet and top of chest? long neck or too much padding in helmet? Yes, this is a common issue, (I had it too ) What I did was to remove the top padding and problem solved. Hope this can help. Cheers

Thank you Sergio!! As you know, Joseph is a quite busy in charge of the EIB 1000 Patches and Pins run , since we work as a team, I have been following your app too and I'm going to finish your review on behalf Joseph. Thank you for your patience. -
Hi Ed, Before we can proceed with your app, Additional to the requested photos in my last message, It would be necessary to make a small fix to the frown paint of your helmet. This is a Basic level requirement and an easy fix. you can use a toothpick and some paint remover (No Acetone) or a cutter, or with more precision hands, a pointed or sharp tool. Crl: Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area... Reference Images

Hi Ed, and thank you for your EIB application. One of us will be with you shortly. Meanwhile, there are some additional photos that we need you to add: 1- close photo of your Ab to kidney connection *left side to see the 3 rivets. 2- Close photo of your thigh ammo belt inside and outside , left and right to see the rivets attachment CRL L2 : Thigh ammo belt is attached to thigh with a solid head rivet, painted white, in the upper corner and fastened to the lower thigh ridge. The rivets used shall be single cap, double cap or split rivets. No pop rivets allowed. Rivet should be approximately 5/16" (8mm) in diameter (exterior). 3- Close photo of your Snipper knee (both sides) to see the alignment. CRL L2 : Sniper knee plate must be aligned with the ridges on the shin. Sniper knee plate must not have visible rivets or fasteners attaching it to the shin. Note: Could you please post (remove) just only one of the Blasters you want to apply for EIB ? Any additional photo or fix will be requested by the assigned D.O. Thanks Trooper

Hi Bryan, and thank you for your Centurion application! CRL and CENTURION Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of Centurion . Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armour. Certainly you have made all the corrections requested to meet the Crl requirements for Centurion Level and you looks much better now. We in the D.O. Team believe there is always an opportunity to go the extra mile. Starting from top: The paint on your left trap is a bit misaligned and we suggest to reshape the contour for more accuracy, just a few minutes of painting session and you're ready. Reference Images CRL :Fall of tube stripe tops ideally lean toward the front. Looking closely at your tube stripes , it seems that the front few stripes point up towards the eyes when they should go toward the nose. This is a fix to consider when painting the traps. Reference Images Your helmet seems to be riding a bit high in comparison with most seen onscreen. Not a deal breaker for Level 3 by any means, I had this same issue with my ANH TK due to have excess padding in the top. Removing or reducing it will help it ride a bit lower and look more accurate . Reference Images Moving on the lower part of your helmet, the Vocoder paint is normally a little higher on the second steps. Another easy painting fix that can guarantee that your helmet will look as seen on screen Reference Images Ideally, there should be no large tab on the back of the shoulder straps, we are mentioning here for you to consider it as a future fix. Reference Images There should be a small amount of plastic on the end of the belt next to the cover button, bit hard to fix that one, so we are suggesting that when you decide to take the step to look back your EIB app review to add the other suggested fix for your Ab belt Reference Images Your drop boxes are currently very thick. As below, we are suggesting reducing them quite significantly and as you can see in the reference chart , 12-15mm is good. Also, the inner part is currently protruding beyond the outer part, exacerbating the thickness. Reference Images Centurion is all about details, not because of the D.O. Team but because the main goal here is for you to get the best of your armor set and look and feel like ANH's on-screen Stormtrooper. Congratulations again Trooper Well Done !! *************************************************** -
Great work. !!
