  4. Unbelievably awesome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I use the same one as justjoseph. I put the batting on the sides and place most of my armor in bags I made. It was tricky cause I leave my upper body minus the arms in tact but I got a system and it all fits. It’s a decent box and the wheels are nice. Fits in my minivan but if I ever had to take my wife’s Mini Cooper I’d be outta luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’ve never heard of modifying it. I think you’ll be fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I did rivets Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I did a quick sanding but I completely agree it didn’t feel like it made a difference at all. Also I used a clamp or two to hold it all down. And I was advised to put a piece of wax paper inside the glove in case anything soaked through. It didn’t but it’s always better to be safe then sorry. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I remember that feeling Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I used Gorilla glue. It expands a bit so don’t go too close to the edge for the gloves. As for the rivet/thigh ammo pack question that’s better answered by the Centurion crew. The spots marked look good to me. Torso looks nice too. Coming along well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Pic is there. Looking good so far! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I’m sure parties will be popping up soon. Let the excitement begin Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Just trying to do anything and everything to stop it. Wasn’t happy about it after three troops but I traced it back to storage issue and it’s my own fault. So none the less the wife wasn’t happy I spent all that money and I messed it up. Hopefully this all holds. Just figured I’d throw it out and see if anyone else had suggestions as to what they did. 14. So three troops into it and I get this on the chest... Someone told me to use fiberglass Sheetrock tape. So I put three layers on, and e6000 the heck outta it. Then I glued modeling clay along the edge for support. After it hardened I put strips of spare ABS over it to strengthen it more. Any other idea. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I did the velcro in the front of the boot and it wasn’t great. The stirrups made a huge difference, now I have both. I also didn’t see the stirrups, I used e-6000, it was easier. As for the blaster issue that’s an amazing story. I’m sure it was rough at the time but that’s something you can tell at every troop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Looks like some nice cuts to me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Get a build thread started and ask plenty of questions we are all here to help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. Hello again! I’m Frank, I’m located right outside Philadelphia Pa in the US and am a Garrison Carida member. With 1 troop in I’m having a blast. I proudly wear my AM TK and love the bright white. Currently I have made the purchase of a used Biker Scout so soon enough I’ll be a TB, from there I’m not sure what’s I’ll do for my third. FISD has been a huge help to me and hopefully I can continue to pay it forward with what knowledge I’ve gained. I will say I’m a member in multiple detachments and this is by far the best. Everyone is active and like an internet family, I’ve already made a friend through here. Don’t have any pics of me trooping yet but here is my recent trading card. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
