  3. Good luck with the build Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It is good for larger troopers. If your a movie sized TK then your good to look around. If your larger or just want more room AM is a good option. I’m a strong supporter. I love mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Minor setback... Did you scruff up the underside of the hand plates? That helps. I also used gorilla glue and clamps with mine. Seemed to stick better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Any chance we can get a pic? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Little late to this not sure how I missed the thread but welcome. Brought myself up to speed cause I love my AM armor. Was a bit confused going through cause first I saw the pic with the helmet thinking that helmet is huge, then I thought it was Bane making a TK, then it became a bloody horror film. This thread is entertaining I’m gonna stick to it. Other then that things are looking good with tons of great advice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. Let’s get started! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Your fine with AM. I’m 5’10” and started my build at about 245-250 finished and went up to a tad over 260 and still wore it (some extra pinching though) If you shoot for EIB/centurion you’ll probably have to shim the sides but basic would be no problem at all. I don’t know the weight restrictions to what it can be made to fit but I know I took a decent amount off to fit my body and would imagine I could have been closer to 300 and still made it fit. Now obviously body shape plays into that, if you reach that size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hey Austin, do you mind if I ask what you weigh? I have AM armor and might be able to help out with the sizing. I have the classic pear shape body so I had some issues as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Moving along well, great job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  17. Nice job Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. FYI I left the return edges on my AM and it cracked on the return edge into the chest. I think it’s strictly from messing around and closing my arms while dancing and what not. It’s not bad but it’s worth reinforcing with some ABS. I went above and beyond with mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Aker amp and the icomm easy to set up, light weight, and effortless. Www.Voicebooster.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Your practically done! Great start. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. It’s 38 F here so you’d have no problems. We’ll all wait for you to get here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Lorelei I made ankle straps for my boots, (sounds weird when I say it now that I’m saying it out loud). They are just pieces of white 4” wide elastic that velcro together so I can wrap it around the top of my boot and it keeps the top of the boot compressed against the ankle. As an added bonus I attached velcro to the outside and velcro to my shin and it helps keep the shin in place. I can get a pic if you need it just don’t have one on hand. It might help keep the boot closer to your ankle and eliminate that issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. So Matt owes us ice cream. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  25. Lorelei... I’m sorry I doubted you, and we were joking about the ice cream you can come back now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
