  1. It will come closer as you screw down the ear but I would first do as others suggested and trim more on the ears as they are quite thick and I can’t see the slippery slope as you have lots of material to work with and...I’m pretty sure Mike has no problem in supplying extra set if ears if it comes down to it
  2. Welcome to FISD there’s nothing we like more than to see another Stormtrooper joining - we got your back now
  3. You even look animated - awesome job and congratulations and welcome to the Legion Trooper

  7. Well...I guess I surrender then - masking fluid it is
  8. I don’t know the full story on the RS suit (R standing for Rob and S for Simon) but it does have shins of only outer parts and so did some of the suits on screen.
  9. The RS shins comes with only outer parts so the shins are identical, right outer and left outer.
  10. Impressive...most Impressive
  11. The cod should be as high as possible, basicly untill it can’t go any higher
  12. Here´s the result of the dust-spray test and I´m happy with it
  13. Thanks for the tip, I did the dust-spray earlier today and was content with the result but I will use the flat clearcoat approach
  14. Is the cod as high as it can get?
  15. Always put the gloves on last when using glued-on handguards

  17. Hang in there Eric - stay true to First Order
  18. Congratulations and welcome to the Legion Trooper
  19. Not mentioned but I tried that and the ”lumpiness” of the RS helmet made it difficult to achieve a good effect and I didn’t want to smooth it out by sanding any more. I’m going to do a dust-spray between the two and see how that works. I will test the ”dropping-method” first and if that doesen’t work I have plan B ready
  20. You could try to ad some foam at the bottom of the outer left thigh, that should straighten it out
  21. Yes and I´ll have a think about it, thanks for the tip
  22. Yepp Nope - still on the fence about it (actually not that frustrated but it´s a funny emoji)
  23. Hey James - looking good Suggestions: #1 Check that left shouder bell, it sticks up a bit. #2 The bigger ab button plate looks as it has return egde on it, it shouldn´t. see pic #3 Not sure but the frown appears to have some overspray, see pic (no paint between teeth) #4 Submitt application #5 Come back for EIB Good luck
  24. Nope, following the curve is the best way to do it - if it looks wierd laying on the table you know you´ve done it right
