  1. Congrats and welcome to the Legion!
  2. Looking good, Nicole! Something appears to sticking out of the bottom of your helmet in your front facing photo? Other than that, Christine pointed out the forearm cover strips lining up with the bicep cover strips. Last thing, and this is pretty minor, but if you can secure your drop boxes so they stay aligned with the ends of the ABS belt, that would help you look even better! Other than that, looks like you got through your build pretty quickly! You should be proud of the kit you've put together!
  3. Looks great! You will pass basic approval easily!
  4. Congrats and welcome!
  5. We look forward to seeing the photos! Feel free to post in the TK pre-approval subforum as well!

  7. Thanks Tony! Psyched to finally get that L2! Definitely some helpful tips to get to looking my best!
  8. Take a look at what others have done in the approved Centurion applications. Looks to me like some have trimmed right at that angle and others have simply glued it on with it and made it work. Personally, I would trim it, which would make the two sides a bit more symmetrical.
  9. I believe you need to have a post count of at least five before you can post in certain sections.
  10. Looking good! Easy basic approval!

  12. The forearms, chest plate, and back plate all strike me as small. Though the thighs are kind of big.
  13. Is it possible you meant to write AM? I find AP is generally on the small side.
  14. I mean, if we wanted to be strict on it, it would not only be no large tab but also a medium tab, smaller than the front tab but larger than the other tabs, would have to be present, no?

  16. Sorry to hear you were unable to salvage the forearm, Jenny! Again, feel free to give me a shout if you have questions or if you want a hand with anything! Finishing up a TK for someone and making some upgrades to another, oh, and finishing my own costume, but I can always find time!

  18. RE: Weathering
  19. He means add padding in the kidney plate to help keep the kidney plate level. If it's sitting too close to your body near the top, adding padding there will push it outwards a bit to stop it from resting on an incline.
  20. No, I carry my helmet in a helmet bag. I separate front and back and sandwich everything between them.
  21. Arm go into shins, shins go into thighs. That's the biggest thing that lets me fit everything into a 25gal!
