  9. Thank you so much guys much appreciated!
  10. I've decided that I want to challenge myself and aim for building a Phasma, so I'm going to start doing some research. First, if i was to buy a FO TK armor set, would it be exactly the same as a phasma? More specifically, do they wear the same type of armor? Any help on this question or anything else involving where i can get some extra research resources would be great. Thanks!
  11. Would you prefer email or just posting here?
  12. That is so beautiful. Can you give me a link for the seller?
  13. That is basically the same amount of wiggle room i have on my forearms as well. If you end up wanting more space, you can always trim the return edge off later. Always do tape tests like you're doing, and dont be afraid to give yourself a little extra room if you think you'll need it, because even if you glue the fronts of your armor first, you still have the back sides to trim material off of. Check this thread, it looks like you have ANOVOS? http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/35086-ukswraths-anovos-tk-build/page-10#entry461326
  14. Requesting 501st access please , TK-31495 http://www.501st.com/members/displaymember.php?userID=21101&costumeID=124
  15. I bought my E-11 from the same guy on Etsy! I really like how it looks but haven't finished adding my effects to make it more realistic. In my opinion, both have a lot of qualities that are accurate, but both also have some quailities that are either missing or inaccurate. Since i have the Etsy one I'm able to say that i think with some work i can make it pretty darn accurate and realistic if i wanted to, however the other one seems more realistic based on the weather, and thats just a first hand impression. I'd say it depends on how much work you want to put into it
  16. If you're looking for a sturdy fix, here is a site that sells abs strips https://trooperbay.com/abs-plastic-extension-strips You may also find this useful for in the future repairs to armor or something like that
  17. Hi, here is a list of things you'll need and where to find kits. Something that isnt on this list however is ANOVOS which also makes great kits. Goodluck! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/11538-the-various-types-of-armor-and-where-to-find-them/
  18. Can you plug it into a phone? It looks like it could work with that tk app
  19. Are you going to put bondo on the tiny gaps? Looks good so far
  20. I'm not from Delaware, and I don't have a full list of vendors (although it is on here somewhere) but here is a good list of stuff you might need for building. I purchased my armor from ANOVOS.com http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31404-supply-list-for-your-tk-build/ Goodluck!
  21. I see people wear them constantly in the 501st even though they aren't TD's . You can find a few here ------------- https://trooperbay.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=pauldron
  22. E6000 and CA zapagap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Best design i've seen for foam in a helmet is cutting a star shaped foam insert about the size of the top of your head, then putting that inside the ceiling of the bucket
  24. "Cell Phone Number: IV-V-VI---VII-IV-V-VII"
  25. That is a tough one. I would expect any pure white gloss to work, but if you really want it to be absolutely indistinguishable just take it to your local paint store or supermarket and bring a bit of the abs cover strip with you and ask them to color match it
