    Crazy work load so far, it's coming together though! Have you gathered paint supplies? Or is this already finished glossy plastic?

    If it's in kit form i wouldnt' buy it for anything more than 250.00. Thats just a price range average I've seen. If it's a finished helmet you could bump that up to 300 with respect to it being used or brand new

    Might as well go with glossy because when people say stormtrooper they picture shiny armor. Regardless of whether the movie was matte, everyone sees shiny

    Primer. Primer primer, and more primer. Can't stress enough how important putting primer on first is, especially with plastic. Half the reason some people have problems with their paint is either because they don't put primer on, or they put on the wrong primer/paint, OR because they did not prepare the surface correctly.

    Mine are more of a semi gloss actually, you may want to look at some reference photos though if you're going to straight accuracy

    Chances are that you will have to modify it quite a bit, but many people have been approved with heftier builds before

    Happens to me as well, i haven't done anything about it though, however you could add some small foam inserts under your shirt, or on the straps

    I do like the helmet in that the smaller details aren't just stickers, but are actual pieces, brings more reality to the spectrum

    You'll need to do some budget research and sizing, as well as choosing what episode you want your armor to be from because it can vary from maker to maker

    That is awesome! Is there a facebook page or something for Death troopers? I imagine the name could be awesome if you made a group out of it...or is there a detachment?

    I was approved with the ANOVOS and my Shadow TK is on the way, interested to see if it'll get approved for spec ops
