Your the perfect size for RT out of the box, but any armor can be modded to fit any body type. I'm about the same size and I'm working on accurate armor, and currently have FX armor.

Baby shampoo and water 50/50 is what the pro divers use instead of anti-fog. I've tried it and it works. If you buy anti-fog get the gel as it works better than the liquid.

Hey right now all I have in my helmet is a small piece of foam in the forehead area to keep the helmet angled right. While it does get warm in there if I don't move for a while, I've only fogged up once out of the 28+ times I've had it on for an extended period of time.

You've got a very nice set of armor. Unfortunately it's well known that the GF and AP aerators are not accurate. This isn't personal, but standards are standards and even Mike Harrison did not get his elite application approved over his holster for ANH and his blaster for ESB. Any titles aside, you have a stellar setup that any trooper would be proud of.

That is correct. The new #5 would be let the helmet dry for a week and then detail it. If you get a run: let it dry, sand, wash, and paint 1 or 2 coats. At that point your just looking for a perfect topcoat.

I do it the same way as Smitty but I pre-wetsand with 400 grit sandpaper.

You can shim any kit to fit, but the RT will fit you best out of the box.

That's the thing, the forum is not going to be photoless. 95+ percent will still be here as they are hosted off site on services like photobucket, flickr, etc...

With photobucket, and flickr being free there was no point in paying the extra fee to have this option from our host provider. Any image hosted on another site will not be affected, it's just the ones hosted on the FISD site. After looking through the gallery I believe your the most active person using it. I believe Paul made a backup of the gallery if a member didn't have a copy of their own picture. Also to update your posts with pictures, you upload the pictures to a hosting service and edit the post inserting the img tag where you want the picture. It's really quite simple.

Oh yea, for metal to metal try JB weld. There is no stronger.

Even Wal-Mart now carries E-6000 in their sewing section for about a third less than the regular craft stores.

The elite standards don't exclude the silver decals/tape on the detenator, but that is an FX accessory. All the screen used detonators are gray. It won't exclude you from getting elite, but personally I'd take it off.

Actually you can do it yourself. Look in the My Controls under Personal Profile the last one is Change Display Name. Hope that helps.

I'm partial to the Dickies work suspenders. They don't have alligator clips, they have a plastic slot that you can either cut a slot on your armor and lock them on, or glue the plastic to the inside of your armor.

You've got a good looking set of armor. Also looks like your about ready for elite as well.

This is really more appropriate to post on the local garrison forums, as events are the garrisons baby. Detachments do costumes.
