I really can't add anymore than what has been posted. That is one of the best thigh trim jobs I've seen in a long time. Along with the tweaks to the shoulder bells a shoulder straps, take a look at the FX chestplate mod. I believe when you change your email on the FISD, it effects the MEPD, BSN, CTN, and all the rest on the passport system. So you will log-in with your new email on all of them.

The armor looks great.

I'd recommend the AP or TE2 kit. Even then you;ll have to trim then down a little, but thye will fit you much better than other kits out there.

I know there is a local trooper who is one mod away from elite. Should be sometime this month.

No need to feel embarrassed, many have done it. If you are happy with the quality enjoy it, learn from your mistake, and count your blessings for getting something with some detail. If you are not happy with it, mod it to look as good as possible and sell it and recoup as much as you can, then buy the real deal. Mistakes in any hobby can be costly, but live, learn, and educate others.

There are a couple ones out there, but you'll probably be happier with it doing it yourself. That way you can mix and match different components that fit your needs the best.

LCM is correct, cut the butt plate and replace the aerators on the helmet and you should be good to go on the armor/helmet part.

Most hovis have a nut on the inside of the helmet that holds it on. Take a look and let us know, or better yet take a picture.

Just for everyone's convince please put the img links so the pictures appear the thread. Overall your armor looks great. The 2 things I see that need to be addressed are your blaster needs some T tracks added to the sides, and your aerators need to be upgraded. You'll be elite in no time.

Then why not get a more accurate kit and pay someone to build it? I'd still be cheaper.

It should get snagged by US customs. The money involved isn't the issue.

Personally it's too expensive, but it is well made. He can sell to anyone not in the US per the lawsuit.

That was done a couple months ago, probably to match the CRL submissions. Who knows, it may change again.

A better shout would be best. I don't have that exact background anyway, it was done before my time and I haven't redone them all yet to match.

We don't do head shots on the elite profiles. For the picture above it's cool, I can remove the rails, but I don't have an upward facing background shot. Something more straight on would work better. Take a look at the other pics by clicking on the thumbnails on the elite page. Most are the same picture as the thumbnail. Thanks
