  16. 1. Chargers are roughly 3" L x 3/4" across or wide. I can get you exact measurements if you like. 2. One 5v Charger will run tw 5v fan for a few hours. 3. Yes however, most if not all fans are made in China and I've seen some with more output volume than others even though they have the exact same p/n and rating specs. 4. The hearing assist or SHA will amplify everything. That said, if you mount and insulate the SHA mics behind the ears as illustrated in one of my tutorials it will help to reduce interior helmet noises. Also, this year I started selling fans with slightly slower fan speeds without dramatically effecting air volume output to help reduce fan noise.
  17. There are smaller versions than these if you're interested. https://www.etsy.com/listing/820261985/5v-battery-for-hearing-and-cooling?ref=shop_home_active_4&crt=1
  18. Thanks, glad it helped. THT What joseph said
  19. Coming along nicely, I would align the buckle recess then trim the top accordingly. You want zero return edge at the top and bottom edges anyways. Hope this helps
  20. Hey Dennis, sorry to hear of your father's passing. Regarding the closure and glue, regardless if it's super CA glue just use some mild sand paper (400 grit) on the areas where glue once existed. Wipe down and reapply the CA or apply E6000, the key is ensure you're giving the glue time to cure properly ( CA 30min, E6000 48+hrs). Frown mesh is similar to a heavy household version window screen material. Hope this helps
  21. Welcome to the FISD Nick!
